Beautiful old farmhouse, completely modernized

The Spa House is one of the oldest farms Spa, dating from the 17th century. The house has been completely renovated and modernized while keeping the historical aspect.
Location in a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful setting, a 15 minute walk from the center of Spa. The Farm offers spacious rooms, a dining room with character while a living room with open kitchen with all equipment. You can enjoy a beautiful garden with terrace, a shelter with table tennis and football table. A terrace covered heated you guaranteed good times for a drink or barbeque.

Amazing Farmhouse

If you are going to Spa with a big group there is no better place to stay. Amazing old Farmhouse that has been renovated inside but has still kept its charm. Barbara is also incredible to deal with and explains everything when you get there. No negatives at all on this place.

Großartiges Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir waren mit 10 Freunden und 2 Hunden für eine Woche dort. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr groß, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die komplett ausgestattete Küche verfügt über 2 Kühlschränke und 2 Gefrierschränke, was wir als große Gruppe sehr zu schätzen wussten. Wir konnten alle zusammen an einer langen Tafel sitzen und essen und spielen. Der Garten mit 2 Terrassen, von denen eine überdacht und mit einem großen Grill ausgestattet ist, eignet sich perfekt zum Verweilen. Sitzmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist perfekt zum Wandern und Radfahren geeignet, insbesondere durch die Nähe zum Bahntrassenradweg RAVeL Ligné 44a. Eine Radtour ins ca. 30 km entfernte Malmedy, die auch an der Rennstrecke in Spa-Franchorchamps vorbeiführt, liegt nahezu ausschließlich auf der Trasse und lässt sich toll fahren. Auch anspruchsvolle Touren für MTB-Fahrende finden sich reichlich. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war außerordentlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben in dem tollen renovierten Bauernhaus eine schöne Woche verbracht. Obwohl die Vermieter direkt im Nebengebäude wohnen hatte man das Gefühl ganz alleine zu sein. Von dort aus kann man viele schöne Wanderungen machen.

Fantastisch verblijf

Fijne en schone woning in een mooie omgeving. Het huis heeft veel ruime kamers met badkamers ensuite en een mooie grote tuin. Voor de kinderen is er voldoende om te spelen. Het is een huis waar meerdere gezinnen kunnen verblijven. Bij aankomst waren de bedden opgemaakt en er was gezorgd voor koffie, thee, etc. Supermarkt is in de buurt en heeft ruime openingstijden. Al en met al een heel fijn verblijf!

Gezellig huiselijke woning met een tuin waar de kinderen zich vermaken.

Gezellig comfortabel, mooie badkamers, alles wat je nodig had, was er. Goed ontvangst met spa water in de kamers, bloemetje, paaseitjes. Super snelle reacties van de eigenaren. Tja was gewoon goed.

Geweldige week gehad

Wij waren een week met ons hele gezin, 8 volwassenen en ons kleinkind en een hond in dit geweldige huis. Elk huishouden had een mooie ruime eigen kamer met eigen modern sanitair. Voldoende ruimte in de gehele woning. Ook buiten een hele grote tuin tot onze beschikking met diverse zitjes en speelvermaak. Wij kijken terug naar een schitterende week.

Perfekt für ein langes Wochenende mit Freunden

Sehr stilvoll und detailverliebt eingerichtet, modern und sauber. Hier findet jeder eine schöne Ecke zum zurückziehen und gleichzeitig kann man Zeit in der großen Gruppe verbringen. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten viel Zeit draußen verbringen, es gibt u.a. Tischtennis, ein Trampolin und einen guten Grill und viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten. In 10 Minuten ist man zu fuß in der Innenstadt oder im Wald. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Einziger Minuspunkt : Das "Wohnzimmer" ist etwas klein und bei 2 Sofas und 2 Sesseln musste man bei 13 Erwachsenen kuscheln und ein paar mussten auf dem Boden sitzen. Zum Glück waren wir dafür noch jung genug :D Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Charmantes, gemütliches Ferienhaus

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, jedes Badezimmer groß genug. Wir konnten draußen sitzen und grillen, Tischtennis spielen und kickern. Nachts war es sehr ruhig. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Und, was uns als Norddeutsche sofort aufgefallen ist: keine Mücken und keine Fliegen. 😎 Sehr angenehm alles 👍 Kommen gerne wieder.
