I've been coming to Spain and Periana for may year. Before moving to Spain I worked for myself and still do as a Photographer, I now live in the area the rolling hills and mountain ranges are some of the most spectacular in Andalusia with the added bonus of Lake Viñuela on my doorstep is a dream for me.
Why they chose this property
The owner: who lives in the UK. Work commitments keeps him in Essex and although it is still his home he decided to rent it out when he is not staying there.
What makes this property unique
I decided to manage the house as its been so carefully restored, with a lot of thought put into the decor and furnishings. The views from the lounge takes your breath away with its spectacular views across to Comares, one of the highest villages in Axarquia.
