Hola Francisco: Gracias por tus palabras, nos ayuda a seguir esforzándonos por mejorar. Todos los años realizamos pequeñas actualizaciones en el apartamento,. (Cambio de colchones, marcos de carpinteria, menage de cocina, etc.) aunque no podemos hacer mucho por el precio que alquilamos. Esta previsto hacer una reforma mas profunda y aumentar un poco el precio del alquiler. A ver si obtenemos la financiacion necesaria.
