Nous avions gardé un merveilleux souvenir de notre séjour il y a 2 ans. Hélas, la maison a beaucoup perdu par manque d'entretien de fond: le jardin( quoique encore beau) dépérit, malgré l'entretien régulier, par manque de renouvellement des plantes. La piscine est en mauvais état et l'eau est très froide. La maison est nettement moins bien entretenue.

Licht und Schatten
Zunächst einmal liegt das Ferienhaus provenzalisch perfekt etwas abseits und ruhig zwischen Weinbergen, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Die nahe gelegene D938 ist nicht zu hören. Dass tagsüber auf den Land gelegentlich gearbeitet wird, sollte nicht verwundern, allerdings ist es die meiste Zeit wunderbar ruhig und nachts hat man den perfekten Sternenhimmel über sich. Die Anlage selbst bietet vielfälte Möglichkeiten, es sich gemütlich zu machen. Da heutzutage auf dem Immobilienmarkt die Lage den Preis bestimmt, dachten sich die Eigentümer offenbar, dies gelte auch für Ferienhäuser. Dem ist aber nur teilweise so. Wir fanden vor: Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Haus voller Flohmarktartikel. Draußen sind etliche Möbel in einem erbärmlichen Zustand und sollten umstandslos entsorgt werden. Drinnen sind es die Kleinigkeiten, die in einem Haus dieser Preisklasse nicht vorkommen sollten (wackelnde Klobrille, Abflussgeruch in Bad und Küche, nutzloser Spiegel im Bad, nicht funktionierende Lampen im Wohnzimmer, altes, angestoßenes Geschirr). Fenster und Türen sollten gerichtet werden. Es kann womöglich niemand etwas dafür, dass das Internet zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthaltes nicht funktionierte. Dieses trotzdem mit zu verkaufen und uns dann zu raten, einfach mobiles Internet auf eigene Kosten dazu zu buchen (das wir ja sowieso haben), ist für eine Unterkunft dieser Preisklasse sicher zu wenig Engagement seitens der Eigentümer. Diese scheinen das Haus hauptsächlich als Renditeobjekt zu nutzen. Das ist umso ärgerlicher, da das Gebäude mit den Einnahmen von einigen Wochen wieder auf einen Top-Zustand gebracht werden könnte und dann sicherlich auch diesen Preis rechtfertigen würde. So hatten wir insgesamt zwar eine nette Urlaubswoche, in der Summe bleibt aber die Erkenntnis, deutlich zu viel für den Aufenthalt gezahlt zu haben.
