Artisanal restoration of an authentic Provencal farmhouse, set in 2 acres, with private pool and walled garden. There are beautiful views in all directions, across the surrounding vineyards and olive groves, towards Mt Ventoux and the Dentelles mountains. Now adapted to modern living, it makes a perfect, beautiful holiday base within 5 minutes by car of all amenities in Malaucene.

The house can comfortably accommodate 8 people in 3 doubles and 1 twin bedroom, all with en-suite shower or bathroom. South facing and sunny, with easy inside-outside access and ample shade during the heat of the day. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and ground floor communal space. Cosy woodburning stoves for winter months...

Languish by the pool, bbq, play 'boules' and savour the local fresh Provencale products from a number of local markets. Close to good cafés, shops and restaurants in Malaucene and Vaison la Romaine. Visit Avignon or the nearby perched villages - Crestet, Sablet, Seguret, Gigondas, Gordes. Try wines at famous Cote du Rhone domaines, or explore the Roman remains of Vaison la Romaine or Orange. Superb cycling area - close to Mt Ventoux, the property adjoins one of the most scenic bike routes in Europe. Mountain bike routes and nature trails can be accessed directly from the house and bikes can be rented in Malaucene. Absolutely fabulous villa for our 2 week holiday. Veronica was very helpful and easy and friendly to communicate with before and during our stay. The Villa itself has everything you need, very calm peaceful setting and our 2 girls loved going for a horse ride around the vineyards from the stables next door. Loads to see and do nearby. Would not hesitate to book again.

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay at a wonderful property with incredible views of Mont Ventoux. The pool was well used during the hot weather and we really enjoyed having lots of shady areas to eat and drink. A perfect stay!

Absolutely beautiful house! A rare instance where the reality is even better than the photos. Stylish, comfortable and very well equipped with everything one could need. The interior is very spacious and airy, and everyone enjoyed that each pretty bedroom is also ensuite. Fabulous pool and gardens - we had lunches by the pool and evenings at the front of the house with the boules court!Also spotlessly clean and tucked away in a gorgeous part of Provence with a stunning view of Ventoux. Veronica is a great host and extremely helpful. We loved our time here, and couldn't recommend this rental highly enough - we are already making a plan to return next year!

Excellent family or friend oriented holiday home with a great Provençal vibe

A week in this house with our 3 adult children and their boy/girlfriends was absolutely perfect. 1.5 hours from Marseille airport and close proximity to lovely towns and villages with world class food and wine on offer (like Nyons, Vaison la Romaine, Beaumes des Venice, Gigondas and many more!) made this holiday one of the best we ever had. Veronica is a lovely host and very responsive. We would recommend this property on all parameters and have already talked about a return.

Great Experience!

The farmhouse was wonderful as a home base for us. The location is perfect for exploring the Rhone wineries, Mount Ventoux, Arles and Avignon. The home itself is very peaceful in a beautiful setting and it served our family perfectly. We were able to cook full dinners on multiple nights after going to the local markets. Veronica was amazing with answering any questions we had and responded almost immediately most of the time. If we are back in the area, we would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Perfection in Provence!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house. It was perfect for our group made up of keen walkers and cyclists including myself. The walkers explored the Dentelles and elsewhere. For cycling it is ideally situated near the foot of Mont Ventoux. Plenty to see in Vaison and other local villages and towns as well. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool after our exertions and made good use of the BBQ. Would love to make a return visit! Alison :)

Another fantastic stay

Our third visit to this Provençal paradise was nothing short of magical! Nestled near Malaucène, this remote gem offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. The house itself is a dream, with its fantastic pool being the crown jewel. Each bedroom boasting its own bathroom is a luxury that ensures comfort for all guests. Our multi-generational group, including teenagers and even our furry friend, found plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Veronica, the owner, once again proved why we keep coming back. Her warm hospitality and attentiveness made us feel right at home. This year's stay was extra special as we celebrated my wife's 50th birthday. The serene setting and beautiful surroundings made the occasion an absolute joy. From the tranquil atmosphere to the well-appointed accommodations, this house continues to exceed our expectations. It's the perfect retreat for family gatherings, offering both relaxation and the opportunity to explore the charming Provence region. We're already looking forward to our next visit to this slice of heaven in the French countryside!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We had a fantastic time. The villa was beautiful. Very well equipped equipped. Lovely dining room with huge table and plenty of space. Every bedroom had it's own modern bathroom. Sitting room with huge picture windows with a wonderful view of Mont Ventoux. Plenty of eating areas outside with good quality furniture, shade, umbrellas. And plenty of sun loungers for everyone. Swimming pool also overlooks Mont Ventoux. House is located in lovely area - just a short 5 min drive from Malaucene which has 3 bakeries, a good supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants. The house backs onto the hills and we had a several great walks on GR4 and other paths around the Dentelles and to Vaison. The owners were really friendly. Lots of advice about what to see. And there was a weekly linen change and pool clean. This is one of the nicest houses we have stayed in Provence!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le mas de Veronica, vraiment bien situé, avec vue sur le Ventoux, les vignes et les oliviers, une vraie carte postale!A l'écart des axes routiers principaux, que l'on rejoint néanmoins très facilement, nous étions à proximité des commerces restaurants et villages pittoresques.Le mas est très agréable, spacieux, confortable ( mention spéciale pour la literie!), avec plusieurs terrasses aménagées dont nous avons vraiment bien profité. Wir hatten vollkommen entspannte 3 Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben. Voll klimatisiert, der Pool sehr schön und gross, genau wie der Garten der auch wie versprochen komplett umzäunt war, so das unser Hund sich dort frei bewegen konnte. Das Haus liegt alleine, der nächste Nachbar ist auf der einen Seite ca. 100 Meter entfernt und für Pferdefreunde ist der andere Nachbar ein Pferdhof auch ca. 100 Meter entfernt... ansonsten sind nur Weinberge drum herum. Malaunce ist ca. 3 Km entfernt und Vaison la Romaine ca. 10. Man hat also absolut kurze Wege. Und auch die Eigentümerin muss erwähnt werden, sie ist superfreundlich und immer erreichbar und kümmert sich wirklich immer. Also absolut empfehlenswert.
