sleeps 3 but only one bed!!! Really?
My friend and I selected this property because the ad said that it had two beds and could sleep three. I am glad the owners have now changed the number of beds in their ad, but we were given no apology, even after we both spoke to them in person and emailed. I had to sleep on the floor on an air-mattress that luckily I had in the car. (My friend won the toss for the bed.) On our arrival when we said that we had expected two beds, we were not offered an extra bed. The only additional bedding we were given was a sheet that we had to ask for. This is a lovely suite. The bedroom is large and bright, the kitchen is well equipped. The back yard is really nice: green and private with a covered patio. It is quiet and convenient. Why the owners would want to get unhappy renters by advertising that it sleeps three I don't know? It is perfect for a single person or a couple who are happy to share a bed. It certainly does not have accommodations for three and there is no second bed. I also blame VRBO's algorithms for always assuming that two people sharing accommodation also want to share a bed. We should be able to search by number of beds, not just by number of guests. rating for the accuracy of the ad that we saw 1 star rating for the suite itself 5 stars

Short but sweet!
A clean and compact place. Large bedroom, kitchen/dining/living area comfortable. Close to Cordoba Bay for our races.

Kristina was very pleasant and helpful. Property was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
I was happy with the accommodations but not happy with the vrbo billing price! The property was advertised at $100 per night and I stayed 3 nights but I was outrageously charged $558.00 on my credit card by vrbo! I know there are local and provincial taxes and service charges but vrbo increased the daily rate to $132.00 instead of the posted $100.00 and then they charged an $80.00 owners fee and a $50.00 transaction fee? I asked the actual owners about the owners fee and they said they do not charge or receive an owners fee from vrbo? Bottom line is I ended up paying $558.00 for 3 nights accommodation for a one bedroom basement suite which was $150.00 more than what it was advertised to be? Next time I will use Airbnb or stay in a hotel.

Warm and caring; quiet and peaceful
Our experience was incredible. We got the peace and quiet that we needed, but was still close enough to town to do things we wanted. Kristina, Brian, and Brooke were so warm, friendly and compassionate. We enjoyed the clean well-laid out suite. The gardens were nice. It was wonderful to see the spring bulbs starting to come up. We will definately be back if we are able. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
