Green house is an entire three-storey house in the woods just 25 km from Florence, finely restored with typical Tuscan materials.
Surrounded by three rivers in an uncontaminated and silent environment. From this oasis of tranquility several trekking paths come to life which, by crossing the Frescobaldi vineyards, allow you to reach different tourist locations of exceptional scenic beauty.
The house has 4 bedrooms: one independent, entirely in very cozy and comfortable wood with bunk beds ideal for children, one double reserved on the ground floor and one double in the mezzanine overlooking the hall. Equipped with a comfortable bathroom with shower and comfortable bathtub. Large kitchen with characteristic Tuscan fireplace, table in the center with pietra serena, very comfortable for dinners with numerous diners, large wooden veranda with outdoor kitchen ideal for relaxing and for summer dinners, old terracotta floors and parquet.
Immersed in a forest rich in acacia of extraordinary beauty for spring flowering.
Ideal for relaxing stays and for those who love unspoiled nature.
Located 6 km from the main square of the town of Rufina, the last 2 km of which consist of a dirt road. The nearest town (Rufina village) has a large supermarket and pizza restaurants.

Horror huis aan het einde van een vreselijke weg

Het huis lag aan het einde van een onverharde, kiezelweg met voor een gewone auto veel te steile hellingen. Met glad weer kom je nauwelijks boven. Het huis was vies, klam, oud, vol ongedierte en de wasbak liep niet door maar er kwamen beestjes bovendrijven. De wasmachine, vaatwasser, oven, afzuigkap, airco, televisie en WIFi deden het geen van allen. Er is geen bereik voor mobiele telefonie. Wij hebben het huis gehuurd voor 10 personen maar in het huis is er slechts plaats voor 6 personen. De 4 anderen moesten op de veranda in een schuur slapen op wankele stapelbedden die niet geschikt zijn voor volwassenen. Het huis zou niet verhuurd mogen worden. We zijn slechts één nacht gebleven. Het was totaal onleefbaar.

Wir haben eine Woche gebucht und sind eine Nacht geblieben

Uns ist durchaus bewusst, dass ein Landhaus nicht blitze blank sein kann, was wir vorgefunden haben, ging aber eine sehr großes Stück über das Normale hinaus. Da man das auch mit einmal Durchputzen nicht beseitigen kann, haben wir auf das Angebot von Ana, die Putzfrau nochmal zu schicken verzichtet und haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Wenn man bei er Ankunft gesagt bekommt, "die Fenster sind nur von innen geputzt sind, von aussen nicht, aber das ist ja eh egal", sollte man aber auch hellhörig werden. Ausserdem stimmt die Einrichtung nicht wirklich mit den Fotos überein, und das leider auch nicht zum Besseren. Wenn man das Haus bucht, sollte man auch vorhaben, möglichst viel Zeit in der Umgebung des Hauses zu verbringen, da das Dorf zwar nur 5 Km entfernt ist, die Fahrt dorthin aber 20 Minuten dauert. Die letzten 3 Km führen über einen sehr engen steinigen Feldweg, man hofft ständig, dass einem doch bitte niemand entgegen kommen möge. Kurz mal einen Capuccino mit Cornetto ist nicht drin. Am besten also vor der Anreise einen Großeinkauf (mit genügend Wasser, das Leitungswasser kann man nämlich nicht trinken) und dann eine Woche mit einem dicken Buch auf der Terrasse verbringen. Fazit: Wir können die früheren Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen, aber vielleicht hatten wir einfach andere Vorstellungen und ein klein wenig Pech. Trotzdem werden wir ganz sicher nicht wiederkommen.

Haus im Wald

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Es ist abgelegen, man hat seine Ruhe und ist für sich alleine. Wir und die Hunde hatten es in vollen Zügen genossen. Es ist nicht das letzte mal das wir da wahren. Für Hundebesitzer und Ferien mit dem Hund, ein Traum. Wir wurden Herzlich empfangen und hatten alles was man benötigt. Besten Dank an Anna und Familie

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in den Bergen fernab vom Trubel

Schön ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus ca. 15 Minuten oberhalb vom Ortskern. Sehr schöne Ziele wie Siena, Florenz, Fiesole, Prato etc. sind gut erreichbar. Dank des Waldes und der Berge hat es trotz der Augusthitze auch nachts gut abgekühlt.

Une magnifique maison de pierres en pleine montagne avec un vrai confort. Proche de Florence et en plein milieu de la Toscane, le rêve des randonneurs Nous avons passé un séjour excellent, en compagnie des moutons qui venaient nous dire bonjour et des plaisirs de la nature, dans une villa typique mais moderne au confort d’aujourd’hui
