The gite has 2 bedrooms ,one a large double bed with a toilet and second has a double with a bunkbed. The ground floor is open plan with large table for eating and food preparation at one side and 2 settees and tv at the other side . There is also a toilet and shower room at this level. Outside is a terrace with small lawn and bbq. The gite has access to the 12 X 6 swimming pool ,sauna, large games room with babyfoot,table tennis and billiard table, in the play area there is a slide and swings + a designated for playing badminton . There is behind the pool an area of tranquility with exotic plants leading to a kiosque/ bandstand ideal for relaxing which has received rave complements. The gite is situated in tranquil countryside yet only a 2 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes by car to the local village which has all the necessities for a holiday, 2 supermarkets ,banks, pharmacy, bars and restaurants.The tourist favourite ports of Locquirec are a 10 minute drive west and Perros Guirec a 20 minute drive east which is part of the renowned Cote Granite Rose
