Beautiful resort villa with a private pool and spectacular ocean views at the Mauna Kea Resort. Villa 327 is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath paired home that offers a spacious floorpan, a private pool deck, spill-over hot tub and large glass sliding doors for the perfect indoor/outdoor vacation experience. The owner spared no expense and added developer upgrades throughout the villa, including an extended lanai area with lounges and seating for your whole group, two outdoor showers, and upscale Tommy Bahama furnishings. The villa offers two master bedrooms, each with king size beds, flat screen TVs, walk-in closets and gorgeous en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a king size bed, television and its own private bathroom with a shower. This villa was designed for your ultimate vacation with a fully-stocked chef's kitchen, ample seating and dining options, and every detail to make this the most comfortable vacation home to entertain and relax in.
Guests of Waiulaula Villa 327 may purchase daily resort access to enjoy all facilities and amenities at both the Mauna Kea and Westin Hapuna Resorts. Access must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay and covers all registered guests in the unit. Please note: This privilege is offered directly by Mauna Kea Resort, and South Kohala Management is not responsible for any changes to resort services or amenities. Rates are as follows:
2025: $195 per day
2026: $225 per day (Base Rate) | $330 per day (Peak Rate). Peak rates apply from March 21-April 11, November 21-27, and December 19-January 2, 2027.
