Open plan kitchen, dining and living area with French limestone with underfloor heating & wood burner. Furnished throughout with characterful antiques and the highest quality linen. Guests also have use of the adjoining games barn and the tree house. Very peaceful location set in the middle of 80 acres of fields, woods and streams set within Dartmoor National Park and bordering National Trust land. The property is exceptionally rich in wildlife including buzzards, deer, otters (part of National England Otter survey), 17 bat species and sky larks as well as England's largest collection of Bog Myrtle. The location is perfect for walking or cycling on Dartmoor, visiting numerous beaches or National Trust Properties. Despite this rural setting it is only 1.5miles from the shops in Bovey Tracey which include an excellent delicatessen, butcher, baker and restaurants.
