DESCRIPTION:
The property comprises of a 2 floor ideal villa, designed by a well known Greek fashion designer, Dassios (www.dassios.com), following the architectural style of the island and the traditional way of house building. The 130 sq meters villa stands alone in a downhill land of 500 sq. meters at the edge of a cliff underneath the ruins of the Byzantine times castle of Serifos and two chapels, with 360 degrees breathtaking, bird eye views of Serifos Chora, landscape and stunning sea views. This ideal location combines privacy and relaxation while is being inside Chora. Just a couple of minutes walk, one can be found in the heart of Chora, which is one out the 3 most beautiful Choras of Cyclades island complex, with lovely bars, restaurants, tavernas and gift shops, like Le Côtèchèri designed by Dassios. It can host a family or group of friends that share the same sort of spirit in vacation. The villa's two levels offer privacy and can be rented one separate from the other. Each level has private access. An outer stone-built staircase or an indoors iron made one connect the two levels.

GROUND FLOOR RESIDENCE:
The group floor residence is built out of stone in the traditional architectural style of building, following smooth curved lines that gives someone the impression of a naive monastery deriving from the earth.
The mani residence has 1 en-suite master bedroom with picturesque sea view and a private veranda, a spacious 25 square meters living area with a stone-built L shaped sofa, that can accommodate two persons like children, an open plan area with a rollaway sofa that can also be used as a bedroom with its private bathroom shower and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the yard. The lower level accommodates up to 6 people.

UPPER RESIDENCE:
a spacious 40 square meters open plan area, with a queen size bed, a stone-built L shape sofa that can also accommodate two persons like children, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a spacious veranda that offers staining sea views on the famous "Vous" island. The upper level house accommodates up to 4 people, ideal for a couple with two children.
Numerous wooden windows are all around the villa in both levels, offering picturesque views.

INTERIOR DECORATION:
Original, handmade decoration elements, authentic traditional fabrics from around the world are carefully combined with contemporary interior designs and art pieces all carefully selected by the designer for a unique, relaxing and sophisticated unforgettable environment.

OUTDOORS:
A spacious some built yard extends on the front of the residence ideal for various activities during all day, like reading, relaxing, gazing, party gathering. It also serves as an outdoor dinning area for up to 14 guests accommodated in two large rotundas. Another separate spacious veranda protected by a bamboo pergola offers magnificent sea view, unforgettable relaxing moments on the day bed, or yoga and meditation practices. Bamboo armchairs and two antique bamboo deck chairs are also scattered around. Though rare to find in Serifos Chora, a small raged full of cactus, oleanders and Greek aromatic plants like basil, lavender, rosemary, oregano and sage perfume the air, refresh the mind and help to a tasteful cooking.

The residency is fully equipped with:
2 fridges (one main and a smaller one in the upper level), washing machine, dishwasher, air conditionings, heating system, oven, microwave, hairdryers, iron and iron board, toast makers, fresh juice makers, nespresso coffee makers, filter coffee maker, water boilers, blender, all kitchen utensils, ceramic plates and mugs, cutlery, linens, bath towels, sea towels, TV set and internet wifi. Guests have access to all facilities.

All guests are greeted upon arrival and departure. An explanatory brief will be given upon arrival by the owners' team. 24 hours support from authorised staff in any technical matter can be provided, within the limitations of finding specialised technicians in working hours.
