There is a bar-room, formal lounge and a large outdoor patio with dining table, couches and loungers. The fenced pool is solar heated and the home comes with a cleaner 5 days a week.

The space

This is a much loved family home, with all of the bedrooms upstairs, except for one en-suite downstairs. There is also a TV room upstairs. Downstairs there is a bar area, formal lounge and large open plan living space including dining room, kitchen and casual lounge. There is great outdoor entertaining space as well as a sparkling pool.
