The rented accommodation area 70 sqm, furnished, two rooms and is built on the wooded hillside of the Vrachos Preveza overlooking the Sea.
It is just 100 meters from the beach, has a large private courtyard, decorated with trees and beautiful flowers are bright, spacious and includes a dining room, living room that can be used either as a living room or as a living room or as a sleeping area, as well as independent bedroom. Spacious bathroom and comfortable kitchen equipped with hot water and is fully equipped.
On the terrace you can enjoy relaxing moments, to make use of garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor shower.
The entire yard is paved with plate traditional welcome to sit and enjoy your breakfast and your coffee under the rich foliage of the wild mulberry, play with your children, sunbathe, enjoy the view of the sea, read a book or fall asleep under the shade of an olive tree!
At home there are furniture, household equipment, electrical appliances and all those facilities needed to meet our daily needs (the master bedroom has a king size bed, bathroom bathroom furniture, bath and laundry, single space three sofa bed, space dining kitchen and refrigerator).
When you decide to go to sea, you have to travel on a road 100 meters separating the house from the beach and your carefree summer fun at the beach!
The available parking and the proximity of the house with supermarkets, restaurants and bars of the area make it an ideal destination for families and groups who want to make beautiful summer getaways and vacations.
