Our vacation home is perched above the quaint village of Peachland which offers a lovely 11-kilometer beachfront walk, a boat launch, fabulous restaurants, a bakery, shops, and basic amenities. Peachland is central to it all! Kelowna and Penticton are each a beautiful 30 min drive, airports are a 45 min drive. Ski resorts, outdoor adventures, family attractions, numerous surrounding restaurants, wineries, craft breweries and so much more!
WELL-APPOINTED COMFORT
This home is updated and well-appointed with crisp white linens, quality furniture, and little extras throughout the home to ensure a comfortable stay. Barbecue up a feast, open your favorite local wine, and enjoy alfresco dining on one of the huge balconies! A patio heater will help extend your evenings outside as you gaze up at the stars. Take your family or group photos in the beautiful yard with the lake as your backdrop! Time to relax inside? Cozy up to enjoy a movie! We offer complimentary cable, Netflix, and WiFi for your convenience. You are welcome to enjoy our books and board games. This amazing house can accommodate 6 + guests. With 2 living rooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, 2 full bathrooms & 3 bedrooms! Ample space for all to enjoy! Need more bedrooms? We can open the second level of the home for additional living space and an extra 3 bedrooms for an additional fee. Please contact me for more details!

Amazing stay

We loved our time at this property. We had 12 people so we rented both floors. The house had an amazing outdoor patio where we could BBQ and enjoy the gorgeous view of the lake. Audrey and Scott were so friendly and welcoming and were very responsive throughout the weekend with any questions we had. House was super clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back next year!

Amazing property great location very clean!

The hosts are the most lovely people! We really enjoyed our stay! The property is situated so close to beaches, amazing wineries. Having coffee on the balcony in the morning looking at the lake was one of our favourite things to do! The house was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable! We highly recommend this place!

Family Gathering

We couldn't have asked for a better property for our family of 10 to stay. We were close to golf courses, wineries, a bakery, the lake and even a waterfall hike. Our favourite part was enjoying the views from the decks. The house was fully equipped with everything and more. The hosts make you feel at home.

Perfect property!

We rented this property for a friends reunion (we are all in our 30s). We had an exceptional stay. Audrey and Scott were very responsive and accomadating hosts. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed! The property is beautiful and all 6 bedrooms were very functional with comfortable/clean beds. The kitchen was very well stocked. Million Dollar Views with Million Dollar hosts

What a beautiful property! The house overlooks lake okanogan and makes for the best sunrises I’ve seen in a long time!! The house had everything we needed and if there was something we didn’t have, Scott and Audrey were super accommodating and helpful. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a vacation special. Like warm croissants on a beautiful Sunday morning! I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental.

A Piece of Paradise

We were a group of 12, all in our 30s, staying for a bachelorette party. Audrey & Scott's home was perfect for us! The view was incredible, and there was plenty of space for us to hangout. We made 3 meals while there (including 1 BBQ), and the kitchen was impressively stocked with all the cooking utensils you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable, and the place was immaculate. I would 100% recommend staying at Audrey & Scott's when visiting Peachland. Thank you for the perfect weekend!

A Slice of Heaven!

We loved our stay in Peachland! 9 of us celebrated a friend's landmark birthday in the Okanagan and this special home made our stay and time there perfect. This didn't feel like a vacation home as the furniture was beautiful and the house is spotless. The view from most rooms and the livingrooms were like a postcard and the house is so spacious and fully stocked with everything you could need.....was well though out and no details were missed. We would highly recommend this Peachland home with its million dollar view!

The house is absolutely gorgeous with a stunning view of the lake. The photos on the website don’t do it justice - it is much better in reality. We are an extended family of 8 and it was possible for us all to have our own little ‘nook’ in the house. It has everything you could possibly want - some of us just wanted to stay there while the rest of us went touring. The owners are very communicative and friendly and Audrey was especially kind & helpful when I got sick towards the end of the holiday & had to stay in bed. We will all remember our trip to this wonderful house and Peachland for a long time to come.

Summer land getaway

Beautiful million dollar view! Very clean inside and out. Check in took a bit longer than expected. I understand it is difficult to live on the property strangers are staying in. We did not have control over the temperature, we had to ask to have it lowered as it was locked They did however lower it to meet our needs when asked.

We are so happy that you LOVED the view! We are pleased to know that we met your very high standards for cleanliness as I recall you and your daughter clean vacation properties! It was nice to hear that our high standards were so appreciated. I am surprised that you found our check in process a bit long as we were able to accommodate your same day request for an early check in. Which we were happy to do! We do like to meet our guests and give them a warm welcome and a brief tour of the home. We are very comfortable hosting people from all over the world and by no means find hosting difficult. You are our guests not strangers. Our check in process is about 10-15 min unless our guests engage us in conversation. As for the temperature in the house, you most certainly can control the temperature as the thermostat is in the hallway. I was happy to do it for you via an app on my phone when you asked me though! The temperature can definitely be controlled by our guests within a generous range of temperatures. It can be hard for groups traveling together to settle on a temp that meets everyone’s needs. That I can’t help with. 😬 I appreciate the beautiful hand written note you left us the morning you checked out. We wish your family all the best. We will keep offering a 5 star experience to our guests! **Note to future guests, we are located in Peachland not “Summerland” as mentioned in the above guest’s review.

Beautiful & well stocked for a carefree getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Peachland house. From the moment you walk in, you will be wowed by the panoramic lake views. The home was very clean and was large enough that our group of nine (including four kids) felt very comfortable and relaxed. The kids loved exploring and playing in the backyard. The manager was great at answering our questions & even brought over some extra sugar within minutes of our query. You can feel the level of detail & thoughtfulness the owners have put into this special home; from the numerous beach towels to the bottled waters & wifi notes that are found in each bedroom. Overall, we had a really great stay and I am happy to recommend this home.

Nine. Wine. and Dine.

Our "On the rocks in the Rockies road trip" began with a private bus of 9 women who graduated in 1975 (you do the math!) - we headed onward to Peachland and arrived to find a fabulous place to hang our hats, sip our wine for 4 nights and even partake in a fabulous 'gypsey picnic' on the second level of our VRBO. Audrey and Scott were fantastic hosts and even moved furniture on the deck so the 'sit on the floor' picnic would create the atmosphere we were looking for. Both Scott and Audrey went above and beyond to make sure our stay would be 5*****. The VRBO is very clean and the views are spectacular.

Family Vacation

Our family of 13, 10 adults and 3 children, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent a majority of the time in the Kitchen / Living Room when we were there. The kitchen was amazing to cook in, all of the appliances are high end, and the cookware is second to none. The house was in immaculate condition when we arrived and the check out process was seamless. There was more than enough space to spread out if you needed some quiet time away from the group as well. The location of the house is in a central spot of the Okanagan, half way between Penticton and Kelowna, which made it convenient for us to either hit up a golf course on the West Side, or go down to Naramata to enjoy the amazing wineries. There is absolutely nothing bad to say about this place, the view is amazing, the house is spotless. Audrey and Scott are amazing hosts. We would 100% book this location again for future family vacations.

Everything you could possibly need for a weekend of great friends and food. Finally made it after booking in 2019 and continuously delaying due to the Pandemic. Beautiful views, gorgeous home. We did not want to leave after 3 days and have already booked for 2023.

True story… My husband and I visited Peachland for a weekend in October of 2015 and we were hooked! We had NO intention of buying a house but we noticed this home was for sale. So “just for fun" we decided to book a viewing and it was love at first sight! We walked through the front door and we were immediately mesmerized by the view. We were in awe while standing on the balcony, realizing that we could see from Kelowna to Naramata! Once I was able to move my gaze from the Lake... I looked at my husband’s expression and I knew our life was about to change. We bought Lake Lore.

What makes this property unique

This view must be experienced! The light of each passing hour transforms the lake and the surrounding hills! We enjoy the floor plan of our home and how it supports large groups of 12 people but still has cozy conversation areas. Ask us how to rent just the top floor of the house for groups of 2-6 people. The outdoor space is a wonderful extension of the home and encourages al fresco dining! Bon appetite!
