The bright and sunny apartment is located on the hills of Ricco 'del Golfo. 5 minutes away is the town (with bank, pharmacy, supermarket, bar, pizzeria-restaurant, post office) and the bus stop ..L 'apartment is 7 km from the station of La Spezia, from which, by train, you can reach the Cinque Terre in 10 minutes. It is a 20-minute drive from Lerici and Portovener, and 30 minutes from Levanto, Monterosso and Bonassola. In 50 minutes you can reach Pisa and in an hour and a half you can go to Florence. The house consists of two large bedrooms with double beds, (in each there is a large wardrobe for storing clothes) from a large room (with dining table, sofa and TV,) overlooking a terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view, kitchen (with frezeer fridge, oven, crockery, pots, kitchen linen) bathroom (equipped with washing machine, hair dryer, toiletries and linen) and entrance. Externally it has a garden with barbecue (outside there is a wooden table with two benches where you can eat and relax on summer evenings) and free parking space. It is surrounded by a terrace with a beautiful view overlooking the room and the room . Free Internet and Wi-Fi. In the apartment there is a washing machine, and a fan (almost never necessary because "the house, being in the green is fresh) .. The location is ideal for those people who, although desiring the proximity to the sea, also want tranquility and the possibility of being in contact with nature My apartment is particularly suitable for families (there is the possibility of adding a cot for children up to 4-5 years on request), to groups of friends, to people with pets, and all the people who want to spend a vacation very close to the main seaside resorts, but at the same time away from the chaos and traffic.The free private parking, located right in front of the house, makes it particularly convenient.

Very good value apartment in a great location

Comfortable and well equipped flat with great views across the surrounding hills and valleys to the mountains beyond. Great holiday home for a couple, but the settee only comfortably seats 2 to 3 (although there are plenty of dining chairs). Within walking distance of food shops and a pleasant locals' bar/cafe. Excellent rambling opportunities in the surrounding countryside, providing you don't mind steep hills, and easily accessible to the Cinque Terre, La Spezia and the surrounding coast.
