Going up by stairs or lift, it will lead you to the ground level, which is a bright open plan living area opening directly to the pool area, and re-garden relaxing, dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and a comfortable living area with a large flat screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to multiple international channels. The pool is a major focus of the property and comprises several comfortable seating area, loungers, poster beds. The more discreet back garden offers brilliant shade and sun at various points of the day and can be used for sun bathing, lounging, dining, BBQ's. The master double bedroom is located at the front of the property with a private balcony overlooking the pool area with sea views, the en-suite also comprises a feature shower.

On the top floor you will find the private roof garden which offers a great outdoor living space, to sunbathe, to relax with a book, to enjoy in the evening for drinks. All with a beautiful view of the forest area behind and the sea in front.
