Large and spacious family house, renovated, surrounded by a walled garden of stone walls with vegetable garden, orchard, located in a quiet hamlet between countryside and town, near the beach (800 meters) and hiking trail (400 meters)

The rental is pleasant to stay with friends or family because it is possible to keep a corner of intimacy through a door that communicates between the two kitchens;

you will find in the flower garden of the main entrance 1 garden table with 4 chairs, 1 picnic table for children, 1 table with 2 chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 barbecue, behind the house, you will have access to the garden by a gate in wood and you can enjoy the orchard (apple) and vegetable garden (radish and other, ..) you will find in the garden: aromatic plants, flowers, .. garden furniture with table and chairs; sunbeds; barbecue; outdoor games for children such as ball, rackets ... and bicycles with provisions (4 plus 1 tricycle)

uncovered and private parking for about 4 cars and motorcycles
smokers can enjoy the veranda and garden because in the house it is forbidden to smoke
our animal friends are not accepting

the price includes: kitchen linen and toilet .. some cleaning products and toilet ... l water..l electicité..taxe stay ..
it does not include: the deposit of 500 euro which will be given 1 week after your departure if there is no damage
check delivered to the owner during key deliveries when you arrive.

for a stay of 15 nights minimum, the beds will be made upon arrival and included in the price
for a stay of less than 15 nights I propose the rental of sheets:
