This beautiful home just built in May 2016. It is 4000 sq. Ft. with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. It also has a sitting room overlooking the lake with a pull out queen sofa. There are 4 porches and a large patio. The rear porches are overlooking the lake with a 3rd floor porch off the bedroom. The custom kitchen is very open to the sunroom and living room. Sit and relax in the hot tub as you enjoy the view of lake. The gentle lot is very large for activities and a stone fire pit for a good evening around the fire. The dock has a 100 ft. pier with a covered sitting area at the end to sit or to have fun fishing. A walkway leads from the pier to a large floating dock to park 3 boats all your own private area. Restaurants and grocery store within 2 miles of the house.

Beautiful home on the lake!

This lakehouse was absolutely gorgeous! The owner John was very communicative prior to checking in and was available for any questions or concerns we had during our stay. The photos are extremely accurate to the look of the property and the amenities were great! We really enjoyed the hottub, the living room with the view of the water, and the swinging porch on the dock. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

Retirement Celebration

We (11 of us) had so much fun and spent most of each day outside. There was something for everyone between the ‘beach’, fishing, swimming, hot tub, ping pong, kayaking, boating, etc. The house was well built, well maintained and well appointed. Wish we had more time there!

Best Weekend Getaway!

Completely enjoyed the entire weekend! The house was beyond amazing and smelled wonderful! The view is absolutely beautiful. We spent most of our time on the dock and we rented the boat which was easy and a wonderful experience. John is a great host. We will definitely be back!

Great vacation!

We had a great time at this property. It was a beautiful house with a great location. There were 10 of us and the house accommodated us perfectly. The teenagers that were with us loved having their own spot in the basement. Convenient location to grocery store and other necessities. John was an amazing host!

Nice weekend on the lake

We had a very fun weekend on Lake Norman. John was kind enough to bring the boat over for us to take out on Saturday and it was great. The home seemed to not have been cleaned thoroughly between the previous guests and us but over all its a very nice home for a large group.

Awesome place!

Annually we go to a home somewhere in NC for a fall getaway. This is our first year going to Lake Norman. It was a great experience. The house is wonderful. Very well stocked. Spacious for our family—my husband and I, our two grown children and their spouses and our two grandchildren, ages 3 and 5. We liked that all 3 couples could sleep on different floors. Private! Wonderful location—8 miles off I-77 down 150. Close enough to groceries and carry out (1/2 mile). We rented a pontoon from the marina that is only 1/2 away. We kayaked on the kayaks here at the house. Grandkids fished off the dock. Owner John has been quick to respond with any questions. I definitely recommend this house!

Such a well-appointed home on a gorgeous lot. The sunsets were stunning! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to celebrate a 40th bday. Plenty of room to spread out yet cozy enough to gather and visit. Close drive to groceries & shopping yet feels private. Excellent host and we will definitely visit again. The owner was great to deal with - communication was A. We chose to rent the boat and we had two great days at Lake Norman. The house was perfect for a small group or also would have been great with a family with kids. We would rent with this owner again.

We just returned home from an amazing vacation at this beautiful lake house,and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived we were blown away by the stunning views,peaceful surroundings and the cozy charm of the home. The home was well stocked definitely had a little bit of everything. The hosts were so kind very responsive and made sure everything was just right for our stay. If you are looking for a peaceful picture perfect escape this lake house is it. We are definitely planning our trip to come back next summer.

We had a great time staying here. The house has a nice layout, with full equipped kitchen. Nice short walk to the dock. John was very easy to communicate with and always answered any questions we had prior to, and during our trip. Having the boat available to rent is such a nice bonus too.
