Great central apartment, even for rooms

It is an apartment of almost 100 square meters. very close to the sea (it has a splendid view from the balcony on the Rotonda a Mare!) that the historical center of Senigallia.
There are two bedrooms with double bed: the gold room and the emerald room, the latter with the space to add a third bed or even a cot if requested. In the great hall, also used in winter as orange room are sofa beds for three other potential comfortable seats. There are also a dining room with adjoining kitchen, two bathrooms with bath and shower.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi 4G LTE and air conditioning in the lounge.
A Fire Stick Video allows the viewing of various packages already enabled and available to guests.
In some rooms are still some valuable antique furniture in excellent condition, while the rest of the furniture is just renovated, by the summer 2016.
The apartment is also equipped with two large balconies, a veranda overlooking the sea with a breakfast table and private underground parking with numbered place available to guests.

Marco and Sandra will be available at any time to provide any possible need. This also includes the provision of some bicycles, if booked with adequate notice and available.

It should be noted that, while in the summer months we rent to families and groups of tourists, in the remaining periods (from mid-September to mid-June, indicatively) we rent the individual rooms at very affordable prices, for the benefit of those who want to save by accepting the sharing of common areas (bathrooms, kitchens, terraces ...) with the other guests.

Important to emphasize that the prices applied include all services: both utilities, of course, but in the summer also the cleaning and the tourist tax, which will remain at our expense. Only in the low season, when we rent individual rooms at very low prices while keeping the other spaces shared, we ask for the respect of minimum rules of behavior for a civil cohabitation with the other guests.
