The just renovated villa is located between Castelmola and Taormina. Suitable for live Taormina nightlife (15 min walk), as well as for people who love nature and silence as it is located in a wild cliff with an amazing view of the Taormina sea. It has two large terraces overlooking the Taormina sea and facing East. You will enjoy the sun rising from the sea! Ideal for family, couples and groups of people (three separate bedrooms with very comfortable beds) and two independent bathrooms. There is free parking, free unlimited Wi-Fi and many historical areas as well as nice beaches are easily reachable. Private car is advised to move around if you are seriously unfit, as to reach Taormina town center there are steps. No suitable for wheelchair. Washing machine, microwave, hairdryer, oven provided.

Gorgeous view of Ionian Sea

Getting to the property was difficult. We gave some recommendations to the owner how to help others and he was receptive to clearer instructions. The washer and dryer are huge assets as our group of five had been traveling for a week. The walk to town is tricky at night so bring a flashlight. Kitchen was well stocked and living room comfortable. Parking was no problem once we found the property. A huge plus as Taormina is small with winding roads. The owner was always prompt to answer.

The address of the property can be inserted on google map, allowing to reach the house without problems. Nonetheless, I instructed the guests to drive until the end of the road, but for some reasons they kept stopping before!

Nice place, very difficult to access

The apartment itself is very clean and has a nice terrace with a very stunning view. There were some minor issues, one of the fans was not working so it was pretty hot at night. It should be noted, as others have said, that this place is very difficult to access. The access road is extremely steep and narrow, so prepare yourself for a difficult drive. The host outlined instructions and provided pictures, but we arrived at night and had some difficulty getting to where we needed to go.

Lovely property hard to get to

The house is beautiful located on a very difficult road We had bad weather that eliminated using the outside space that was covered in ash from mount Edna Will be a great place with a little TLC and an upgrade to kitchen equipment and CD that didn’t work

Tastefully furnished and equipped house on an ideal location with a sea-view terrace. This house enjoys a fantastic location and a splendid panorama. This is an ideal location for enjoying your holiday in Taormina with high-quality comforts. This house has many things going for it, but the most exceptional feature is the view from the ample terrace. The pictures on Homeaway do not do it complete justice. Relaxing on the terrace with a glass of wine while enjoying the spectacular views gives meaning to the term "la dolce vita." The house is tastefully furnished and equipped on an ideal location (10 min walk down to Taormina centre). The interior of the house consists of a living/dining/kitchen area, good-sized bedrooms, and a nice bathrooms. It is attractively decorated and very clean. We all loved our stay and highly recommend staying at this beautiful, clean, modernized house.

Exciting stay at a mountain side villa in Taormino

This villa was a little difficult to find but was worth the effort. The villa was very clean with lots of room for our four person crew to relax, do some cooking and enjoy the vista. The deck is large and provides a great view. There is no air conditioning but because of it's location there is plenty of air flow coming up from the valley below to make it airy and comfortable. There is a fairly long walk down to town center but it is enjoyable and lighted at night.The side deck under the olive trees is a great place to enjoy breakfast.
