The apartment is 60 m² surface aprox., on last floor of an recently rehabilitated historical building, with high ceilings and large windows. Has elevator. The apartment has one bedroom with big wardrobe, restroom with bed-sofa and a modern and fujnctional kitchen. The toilet has a shower tray. The restroom is confortable, spacious and brigth, with two big balconies. The kitchen is opened to restroom, full equiped and washer-drier. The furniture is modern,with plasma TV, ipod dock and own internet access by WIFI connection.
Reception on check in and check out.
Very close to main museums (Picasso, Thyssen, Modern Art) and interesting touristics points (Alcazaba, Cathedral) and leisure areas. Also very close to train and subway station, taxi stops and bus station. Two publick parkings less than two minutes walking. Nice walk to the beach.

Great location, close to everything. The building is old and musty. The apartment furnishings were old and uncomfortable. Could also use a proper cleaning, signs of mould in the bathroom and grime on cupboard handles and around baseboards. Walls between apartments are paper thin, we could hear our nighthawk neighbours chatting until 3AM nightly. Nadia was quick to respond to our requests and is not responsible for the age and condition of the building.

The apartment was bright and clean, on the edge of the city centre area. Lots of options for dining, the central market was nearby, bed was comfortable, and the waterfront was a pleasant walk away. There was some noise from construction, deliveries and people talking in the street, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great Location

This place was right in the middle of everything but on a quiet, dead end street. It was well stocked with anything you might need and it was sunny and cheerful.

We’ve just returned after spending four nights at this apartment and thought it was great. We were met at the flat and shown the ropes, everything we needed was available. The location is ideal for site seeing around Malaga centre all main attractions are within walking distance. I would recommend Malaga and this flat looking for a city break

Christmas in Malaga

The place was as described. Perfect location, close to all the sights in Malaga. We did self check and had no problems at all. We loved Malaga and will come back for sure. Everybody should see Malaga with its display of lights during the Christmas season!

Would definitely recommend.

We spent a week here off season. The owners Marta and Luis were extremel helpful and welcoming. The property itself it very well equipped and clean. It feels very homely. It is a good location for getting to Malaga as well as the beach! If you don't speak an Spanish you may struggle in the shops/restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Great location

Loved the location, but small things hardly any toilet paper, no dish soap or garbage bags, had to buy all that. But it was the fans they were all filthy and too high for us to clean, so we could not turn them on.

Super location

Super location. Very centrally located wonderful functional apartment. Very secure. Only hesitation is that the sheets on the bed may not have been laundered. However the washing machine in the apartment worked perfectly . And after laundering the sheets we were very pleased.

We are happy about you like the location and the aparment. I'm pretty sure you felt in love with Malaga :) But we are really sorry about what you say about the sheets. This is a big mistake from our cleaning service company and we will warm them to be careful. It is really really strange but this errors may happens. But please, next time your should have complained directly to us too. We would had acted quickly, change the lines and also, if needed, clean the apartment again. spacious and bright

Great location walking distance to everything you want to see in Malaga. Large apartment with lots of natural light. Elevator was a plus. Very new washer/dryer but clearer comprehensive instructions would be appreciated for travellers not use to this type of appliance. Walls are in need of cleaning, patching and painting.

Location 5/5, quietness 5/5, speed of response to issues from Nadia 5/5, light in apartment 4/5 (no sun). Bed is good. Apartment was not quite ready when I arrived. It was very cold, there was mold in the shower (reason for 3/5), shelf under bathroom mirror missing, old kitchen fridge with a broken handle (taped) and no shelves - it needs to be replaced! Once reported everything got perfectly fixed & fairly quickly .. except for the fridge which remained as was for 5 weeks.

Perfect apartment

I stayed for 8 days in May 2011 just gone . Its difficult to fault anything about the apartment . Its a great location just off the heart of the city with all the historic buildings , shops and great bars / restaurants . The market is nearby which is well worth a visit and you can buy fruit , fish etc to eat in the apartment if you wish.The kitchen is well stocked with plently of pans ,utensils and a modern cooker plus microwave . Its also got a washing machine if you need it . Its spotlessly clean and there are helpful guides littered around a well presented living room . Luis and Marta also supplied an introductory drink as a welcome . You can open up the ceiling to floor length windows and let in the sun to get a real feel of Spain . I often walked 50 yards around the corner to get coffee and churros in the morning . In the afternoon its a leisurely walk to the beach through the gardens . Malaga is a beautiful city with lots of things to keep you occupied . You can try out your Spanish if you like but if not most people in bars and restaurants speak some English . Its pretty much the perfect apartment . I'm looking at returning some time soon.

Bright, Open Apartment, Excellent Location & Lovely Host

We would return to this apartment if in Malaga again. Apartment: It was a well-kept building with high ceilings and big windows which made it wonderfully bright. It was good to have the option of stairs and an elevator (lift). There were enough pots, pans, utensils etc. to easily make meals in the apartment. Only concern was the bathroom was a bit small. The bedroom was large with lots of closet space and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment was fresh and clean. All of the pictures were a true reflection of what the apartment looked like. There were three juliette balconies which was lovely. Location: It was wonderful to be able to step out of the apartment and have immediate access to restaurants, the market, and shopping. Loved the location! It was amazingly quiet after 10 pm until the morning in the apartment and neighbourhood, which was astounding since the apartment is right in town. We enjoyed hearing the pretty church bells. We felt very safe in the apartment and no concerns at all in the neighbourhood. Host: Nadia was very pleasant, responsive and helpful. Genau richtig für einen auch längeren Stadtaufenthalt

Eine bessere Lage gibt es kaum: mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem den Umständen entsprechend ( Semana Santa) ruhig, da in einer Sackgasse gelegen. Bei den Bestecken und den Gläsern ist noch Luft nach oben.

Malaga merveilleux

Une ville riche d'histoire. Il est nécessaire d'y séjourner 4 ou 5 jours pour tout découvrir. Préférer le printemps ou l'automne car les températures estivales sont insupportables pour nous les français. L'appartement de Nadia est dans l'hypercentre vous laisserez donc la voiture au parking souterrain situé à 50 m. (25€/jour) mais sécurité garantie. Quelques problèmes de communication avec Nadia pour la procédure de récupération des clés mais tout s'est bien terminé !

Tolle Lage, katastrophale Wohnung

Ich wurde leider sehr enttäuscht von dieser Wohnung. Auch wenn die Wohnung auf den Bildern schön aussah, musste ich leider einige schwerwiegende Mängel feststellen. 1. Die Wohnung ist null schallisoliert. Da die Fenster nicht richtig schließen, hört man nachts sehr viel Lärm (zum Teil zwischen 2 und 4 Uhr laute, basslastige Musik). Ab morgens um 6 Uhr hört man die Müllabfuhren. Auch im Haus ist es nachts sehr laut. 2. Die Wände sind schmutzig, neben allgemeinen Dreckspuren befinden sich auch Blutflecken an den Wänden. 3. Vieles ist kaputt, um die Wohnung wird sich nicht gekümmert. Zum Beispiel ist bei 2 der 3 Esstischstühle die Sitzfläche gebrochen, die Lampen flackern und der Griff des Kühlschranks ist abgebrochen, lediglich mit Tape wieder drangeklebt, die Esstischplatte ist locker und die Halterung für das Klopapier fehlt. 4. Die Töpfe und Pfannen in der Küche sind allesamt mit Teflon beschichtet und stark zerkratzt. Zudem waren sie dreckig (voller Öl und Essensrückstände), ebenso war das Geschirr und Besteck sehr schlecht gespült. 5. Keine Gastfreundlichkeit, es gab kaum Klopapier, keine Müllbeutel und eines der Handtücher hatte einen Fleck. Der Zustand der Wohnung ist echt schade, da die zentrale Lage wirklich perfekt ist. Dadurch muss ich aber von der Wohnung sehr stark abraten, sie ist das Geld absolut nicht wert.

Centraal en toch rustig.

De locatie kan moeilijk beter, een paar parallel straten verwijderd van de Larios. Alles in het historische centrum is bereikbaar in hooguit 10 minuten wandelen. Een doodlopend straatje, geen verkeer, nauwelijks voorbijgangers. De lift is een pluspunt. De flat op de 3de verdieping is voldoende ruim en best gezellig te noemen. Alles is voorzien in deze accomodatie en de verhuurders zijn heel aangename en behulpzame dames.

Les points positifs et négatifs:

Positifs: situation géographique dans le quartier piétonnier près des centres d’intérêts, serviettes et literie propre, laveuse/sécheuse, grille-pain, cafetière et mousseux à lait, accès intérieur de l’immeuble très propre. Négatifs: Murs de l’appartement abîmés et sales, pattes de table sales, une des 3 chaises est craquée, une tuile est cassée et bouge lorsqu’on met le pied dessus, ventilateur de la salle de bain fait un bruit infernal, une des 2 thermopompes est sale et fonctionne mal, les télécommandes des appareils ont des batteries mortes, une des 2 télé ne fonctionne pas, insonorisation inexistante (voisins et rue), divan-lit en tissus gris tellement sale qu’il est recouvert d’une jetée pour le camoufler, bruits fréquents avec nombreux déplacement de meubles même tard le soir, rue parfois très bruyante. Ne correspond pas à l’évaluation mentionnée de 4,7 sur 5 vue lors de ma réservation.

Ubicación perfecta,pero le falta un buen mantenimiento

El sitio es agradable,pero tiene muchos fallos,que lo hacen incómodo. El baño no tiene calefactor,el portarrollos roto y no sustituido,la limpieza deficiente y las toallas muy malas.En el dormitorio la tv no funciona,la cama tiene unas almohadas muy incómodas y viejas y la ropa de cama está ajada.La cocina tiene la puerta del mini frigorífico rota y pegada con precinto,los enseres no estan limpios y solo hay restos de lo que han dejado otros inquilinos. En el salón falla la tv y el aire acondicionado,la mesa de cristal lo tiene suelto y en general la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Es una pena porque la ubicación es muy buena ,el sitio es agradable pero por falta de mantenimiento no es confortable. Eso sí la atención por parte de Nadia fue muy correcta,en todo momento atención los mensajes rápidamente.espero que está crítica sirva para mejorar

Nettes Apartment mitten in der historischen Stadt

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche mitten in der Stadt. Vom Apartment aus waren alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Für weitere Strecken, zum Flughafen, etc. ist der große Busbahnhof gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist allerdings hellhörig und schon etwas abgewohnt, aber wen das nicht stört, wird ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vorfinden. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt und ist trotzdem hell. Sie ist ideal gelegen, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation bezüglich An- und Abreise hat sehr gut funktioniert. Allerdings hat die Wohnung wohl schon bessere Tage gesehen. Trotzdem hätte die Küche – besonders der Kühlschrank – sauberer sein dürfen.

Lovely and clean place to stay in Malaga

Thank you very much for offering us this appartment. From booking over check-in through stay and check-out, everything was just perfect. The appartment is located in the lovely old town of Malaga, all places reachable within maximum of 10 - 15 minutes walking. Very good air condition, I could not find it loud, although it is really downtown. It is 10 minutes walk from C1 train to airport. We were in Malaga first time, but not last time. We will definitely book this appartment again for our next trip to Malaga. The city itself is the one, I'd like to live in over winter (That is the reason, why I was in Malaga). So thank you very much for this stay.
