Independent apartment, on the 1st floor, new, calm and bright of 80 m2 with 2 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen open to a very comfortable living room and a spacious terrace to relax and enjoy the barbecue.
Convertible living room sofa with 2 additional beds, wifi connection available, optional linen rental.

Parking space on the property, for one vehicle.

Agon Coutainville is a seaside resort located on the coast, with a golf course, tennis courts, a sailing school, a casino and beautiful beaches. The apartment is located in the Passous district.
The town is extended to the south by the tip of Agon (classified natural site). We are 30 minutes from the embarkation for the Chausey archipelago, 1 hour from Mont St Michel, 1 hour from the landing beaches.

Lovely property close to the beach. Owners are very friendly and responsive to any queries. Great base to explore Normandy. Apartment was well equipped with everything you’d need for your stay. Highly recommend.

Wunderschöne Ferien in Agon-Coutainville

Denis ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, superschön dekoriert (maritime Motive) und mit hübschen Möbeln gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gebäudetechnik ist hochwertig (Bad, Küche, Beleuchtung). Der große Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein großes Plus: abschließbarer privater Parkplatz. Wir empfehlen es zu 100 %!

Sehr netter Vermieter. Gute Betten, gute Ausstattung. Französischkenntnisse sind auf jeden Fall sehr von Vorteil, dank Googleübersetzer geht es auch ohne mit einigen Hürden. Umgebung sehr zu empfehlen ( Omahabeach, Utahbeach, Le Mont Saint Michel). In ca. 1 Stunde zu erreichen. Netter gemütlicher Ort ohne viel Tourismus. Der Entspannung steht nix im Weg.

Einfach nur top!

Ich kann mich den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Es war einfach traumhaft schön in dieser tollen Wohnung. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir eine sehr ausführliche Einweisung in die Wohnung erhalten. Denis ist ein sehr netter Vermieter. Die Wohnung hat einfach alles, sogar der Parkplatz ist mit einem elektrischen Tor abgeschlossen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Wir konnten die Strände und auch die Umgebung fußläufig erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement, tout était parfait L'appartement est tout à fait conforme au descriptif de l’annonce, très beau ... cuisine très moderne ... literie confortable …. Belle déco… parking privé très pratique….terrasse agréable…… Nos hôtes ont été discrets et réactifs à nos sollicitations. Location fortement recommandable. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Alles erstes gibt es einen zusätzlichen Stern für den Vermieter! Denis ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. "Très gentil!" Die Wohnung entspricht hundertprozentig der Beschreibung. Sie ist hell, modern, großräumig und praktisch eingerichtet. Es fehlt nichts! Die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Anliegerstrasse, mit einem 10minütigen Spaziergang ist man am Strand/Strandpromenade und erreicht auch Restaurants, Kaffees, Bäcker etc.. Agon-Coutainville ist ein nettes Städtchen das alles bietet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt und ist ideal für Ausflüge in die südliche Normandie und die nördliche Bretagne. Die Landungsstrände der Alliierten (Omaha Beach etc.) Cap de la Hague, Le Mont-Saint-Michel und vieles mehr erreicht innehalb einer Stunde Fahrzeit. Auch nach Saint-Malo/Bretagne benötigt man nicht viel länger. Da wir auch nach einem 3wöchigen noch nicht alles gesehen haben, wird es nicht unser letzer Urlaub in der Normandie gewesen sein und diese Wohnung wird bestimmtunsere erste Wahl sein!

Un séjour de rêve

On a passé ma femme et moi, une quinzaine exceptionnelle dans cet hébergement. L’appartemement est en effet spacieux et très confortable. Sa déco et son ameublement contemporain correspondent tout à fait à notre goût. Il est particulièrement bien équipé et très bien entretenu. Son exposition est idéale, pour bien profiter de la terrasse et du barbecue. Les nuits sont calmes et le sommeil paisible. Les commerces du Passous, et la plage sont assez proches. On adore cet endroit et son ambiance. Nos hôtes sont charmants, discrets et attentionnés. Le soleil aussi était au rendez-vous! Rien que du bonheur!!! On espère pouvoir revenir très prochainement! JF

Sehr schönes Domizil in guter Ausgangslage

Wir, Familie, 2 Erw. + 2 Kinder (16+18) haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt über der Garage der Vermieter und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Man stört also keinen. Alles sehr sauber und die Möglichkeiten mit großer Küche und Balkon mit Grillgelegenheit sind toll. Zum Strand braucht man schon einen längeren Spaziergang. Fährt man bei Hochwasser zum Point d' Agon kann man sich in den Wellen des Atlantiks austoben. Grundkenntnisse Französich sind auf jeden Fall erforderlich. Der Standort eignet sich weiterhin hervorragend für diverse Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Innerhalb einer Stunde Fahrzeit erreicht man Bayeux und die Landungsstrände der Alliierten genauso wie Mont St. Michel oder Granville, das "Monaco des Nordens". Wir kommen mit Sicherheit irgendwann wieder.
