Wonderful and modern apartment on the ground floor in a very convenient location close to the city center of Groningen.
Location is perfect, very near to the bus stop and only a 10 minute walk / 5 minutes on our free bike to the city center. and only 5 minutes walk to the park (Noorderplantsoen)

The Schilderbuurt area is a very popular area, it is also very quiet and close to the city center. It is located close to bars and shops.
The Schilderswijk is not touristic but always vivid.
The parc (Noorderplantsoen is very nearby)

Bus stop is only around the corner
(if I am available it is possible to pick you up from the train / bus station)
You will make it on the highway in just a couple of minutes.

The apartment is very spacious (45 m2), it is wonderfully designed with excellent use of space making it feel much larger then the photos suggest.
It has a modern bathroom with lovely shower and a separate toilet.
Is has a comfortable bed (160 x 200, or 2x 80x200) dining table, and closets
The studio is also equipped with a flat screen TV, movie collection and a comfortable sofa

The kitchen is equipped with the necessary kitchen attributes, electric stove, microwave / oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, water boiler, pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses.
The fridge is stocked with the essentials.
You will find in the bathroom; washing machine, hairdryer, shampoo, soap, towels etc)

Our shared garden, located at the canal, is perfect for coffee and breakfast or an evening nightcap.
Because a boat ride? In the summer you can use our demolition to make a trip on the canals.

The perfect way to explore Groningen is the typical Dutch way; by bike!
We have two, free of charge, bikes available. These are included in the price.

Beautiful apartment on the water.

Wonderful studio near the center
This wonderfully stylish studio (45 m2) is located on the ground floor.

It is beautifully centrally but also very quietly located in the Schildersbuurt of Groningen, directly on the Reitdiep.

This spacious apartment has a kitchen, private bathroom with washing machine, and a separate toilet. The studio is fully furnished. It has a spacious double bed (160x200) or 2 twin beds (80x200). Wifi and digital TV, DVD and audio are also available.

You can use the communal garden / jetty, but also the boat on the water.

Nespresso machine, milk frother and kettle are of course available.

There are 2 beautiful bikes available for free and there is a sloop that can be used in the summer months for a trip through the canals of Groningen (01 may till 01 oct).
