The apartment is in the heart of the magnificent neighborhood of Santos, with 1 bedroom (with double bed), living room with sofa bed (double), fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom on a 3rd floor without elevator, very characteristic of the buildings here in Lisbon, and offers everything you need to have a comfortable stay.
Other things to keep in mind- Please note that check-in can be done from 4:00 pm- As you will certainly understand, early check-in is always dependent on previous guests, however we always do our best to accommodate our guests as soon as possible. If your apartment is not ready when you arrive, we have a service to store your luggage, so you can be free and start your visit to Lisbon.
- For reservations of up to two people, only the standard bed of the apartment is considered, whenever an extra bed (sofa bed) is requested there will be a single additional cost of €15, from the 3rd person this cost is already included in the price total!
- We provide all the necessary bed linen, as well as bath towels and kitchen towels according to the number of guests on the reservation.
- Prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price and must be paid separately during your stay.
The number of extra beds and cots allowed depends on the option you choose. Please check your selected option for more information.

Me gustó todo. El apartamento cómodo, muy limpio y genial. La ubicación genial, cerca de la plaza del comercio y de todo su entorno que me encantó. Con muchos, locales de hostelería, mercado y muy buen ambiente para cenar por la noche a precios normales e incluso en algunos sitios más bien barato. Con buenas comunicaciones de transporte público. Con una atención por parte de la chica de contacto del alquiler, Sabrina,excepcional. Siempre atenta a todo lo que fuese necesario, ofreciendo su ayuda para lo que fuese necesario, con recomendaciones de sitios a visitar, etc. Gracias de nuevo por todo. Yo lo recomiendo 100%, repetiría sin dudarlo.

Apesar de pequeno, o apartamento é bem equipado
A recepção foi excelente. O imóvel é bem equipado e bem localizado. O inconveniente são as escadas que são muito íngremes e estreitas.

Muito obrigado pela sua preferencia e comentário.
Gostaria de mencionar que todos os prédios da região histórica de Lisboa tem características bastante antigas, muitos e em sua grande parte, características centenárias. As escadas fazem parte dessas características e não é permitido por lei, serem alteradas. Fizemos tudo o que estava ao nosso alcance para melhora-las e lamento o facto de ter caído no seu desagrado. Espero que esse detalhe característico da nossa zona histórica, não o impeça de voltar outras vezes para nos visitar.
