Casa Ginestra sleeps 6 on the ground floor entrance, lounge / dining room with fireplace, a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom with shower suitable for disabled people. On the first floor two double bedrooms, one double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower.
Possibility of adding two beds in the rooms since they are very large.
Casa Prugnolo sleeps 6 people on the ground floor entrance, living room with fireplace, lounge / dining room, a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom with shower. On the first floor living room, a double bedroom, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower.
Possibility of adding two beds in the rooms since they are very large.

Swimming pool (6x12m), equipped green space, gazebo with night lighting equipped for outdoor dining for each apartment, barbecue, free wi-fi, satellite TV.


Minimum stay 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday only in high season (for shorter stays: price on request).
Prices include water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, and bed and bath linens (linen is changed weekly).

Heating:
not included: €200.00 per week, payable on site.


Upon arrival, guests must provide a security deposit of €500.00, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, minus any damage costs incurred.
Pets allowed: €25.00 per week. Extra bed: €70.00 per week (max 4). Baby cots (0-3 years old): Free.
Check-in 3-7 pm | Check-out 10 am.
Pool opening: 17/05-3/10. Pool opening in low season on request (extra cost).

Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the hosting municipality.
