Rural house MOLINO EL CAPRICHO

If you are going to visit the province of León you can stay in a charming place like our old 18th century mill on the banks of the Peces River, it is a beautiful restored mill that has all the amenities and a large garden of 1200 m2.
The mill has capacity for 7-10 people, has three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, an extra bed and a sofa bed (for two adults and one child). All of them taken care of in detail where you can rest and enjoy a quiet holiday, all accompanied by the pleasant sound of the river flowing through it and the crackle of the fire in the sunset.

It is close to places of interest: 2 minutes from La Bañeza, 45 minutes from León, 20 minutes from Astorga, 1h 15 minutes from Las Médulas, the great Roman gold route, and 20 minutes from Teleno peak for nature lovers.

If you want longer stays you can make excursions to Valladolid, to visit its wineries; Salamanca, Palencia and Burgos, all of them monumental cities. And if you prefer to enjoy nature, the Sanabria Lakes in Zamora and the Cherry Blossoms in Jerte.

Distribution:
From the parking area you access the main nave, where there is a large kitchen, the large dining room with fireplace has a large table where you can enjoy some wonderful evenings, in the same nave and at a higher level the living-room with TV, stereo and table games area, from this room and through a gallery access to the master bedroom with two single beds and 1 extra bed, has a full bathroom.
From the dining room there is access to a lower level where the other two double rooms are located, with two single beds each, and one of them has a triple sofa bed, for two adults and one child. There are two separate full bathrooms. From this floor we access the porch located in the garden.

A large garden with a porch in which there is a table and a ping-pong table, a basketball basket and a badminton game.

Picnic in the prefabricated wooden house with fireplace for barbecues and with porch to enjoy the delicious barbecues.

Bordering the plot on the north runs the fish river that runs through the mill.
If you have a vehicle, within our enclosure there is the possibility of parking in a covered area for three vehicles.
You have next the accesses by the highway A-6 that will allow you great mobility for displacements by our province.

Palacios de la Valduerna is a small village, however it has a health center, pharmacy, restaurant and a summer pool, all within 5-10 minutes of our house.
From our house you have nearby roads to walk through.
