Beautiful property in an incredible location. Super reasonable for 4 bedrooms so close to the beach. Host was extremely responsible to needs and incredibly helpful! We will try to both this same property again!!!!!

We had a great stay at 41 Grand Pavilion. You cannot beat this location in proximity to the beach, all Wild Dunes pools, restaurants/shops, and golf/tennis. This house is fantastic for groups with small children where frequent trips back to the house are probable or necessary.

Just finished our week here and we LOVED this house. Such a great layout and great use of space. I feel like the pictures don’t do it justice. Perfect location… Boardwalk to Pavillion pools just across the road and beach access path out the back door. Loved the screened in porch.. furniture out there has been updated since the photo in listing. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

My family had a fantastic week in Wild Dunes and you could not get better than this property! The location was close to everything and the space itself had a lot of room and was very comfortable. We would recommend this property to everyone!

Beth and her team did a great job getting us booked and into the unit with short notice. Everything was clean, the house was very roomy and was perfect for our family getaway. Super convenient location within the resort. We will definitely be back!

The bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and family area were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting at the kitchen table for breakfast and the appliances looked new. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We also liked walking to restaurants and shopping.

Have stayed here with large family for several years. As always was wonderful. Had only one bracelet to get into pool area for three families. Tried to contact property manager by phone, text to see if it was possible to get additional bracelets (as was told it had to be initiated by home owner) and never got a response. Not even a response saying this was not possible. This has never happened before so not sure what happened.

This property is nicely set close to the family pool and a short walk to the beach. The house was spacious and I loved all the bathrooms attached to the rooms. There were two bath tubs. Nice for families with children. I loved having the washing machine and dryer upstairs by the bedrooms. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the sunshine and warmth.

Four of us were there for a tennis event. The house was in the perfect location to walk to the courts and also to several food options in the evening. And when we had free time, just steps to the beach! I would stay here again, for sure.
