About this property

Fantastic Villa Amare on top of the Montemar

Villa Amare is located on the summit of Mount Montemar with a wonderful view over the azure blue sea and across the green valley. Located just 2.5 km from the coast between the mondain seaside resorts of Moraira and Calpe and near the beautiful coastline of Benissa with lovely beaches. And at the other site you oversee the real and hilly Spanish hinterland. A paradise for golfers, cyclists, hikers and people who really want to enjoy life. The villa is complete and very spacious, modernly furnished with a private Mediterranean garden with many terraces and a beautiful large swimming pool. Fully or partially rentable

The villa is divided over two spacious floors each with a full kitchen, bathroom, living room and 2 or 3 double bedrooms. When renting a maximum of 4 people, we open the ground floor. We can accommodate up to 10 people.

The daily rate is based on the rental of the entire villa. Rental rates for 4 and 6 people are subject to significantly lower rates. For use of only the ground floor for max 4 persons, approximately 40% discount on the entire villa is shown.

Prices are all inclusive. So the use of bed linnen, towels, electricity, airco (fair use policy), WIFI, gas, swimmingpool, TV, water etc etc is for free. The final cleaning is outsourced and will cost 300 euro. The keyholder will ask for a refundable damage deposit of 300 euro and will return it when no damage is reported.

The villa is not open for youth groups.

Positioned high up overlooking Calpe and Moiaira with breathtaking views. The villa itself is just beautiful and well equipped. Lots of lovely places to visit nearby or just wallow in the villa's beautiful surroundings. From granny and granddad to the younger grandchildren, there was space to chill (particularly the roof terrace). We had a fabulous stay so thankyou Roel and Bianka. The only tiny issue for us was that 2 bedrooms did not have aircon and it was 40. Absolutely would recommend.

Sehr gut ausgestattete und geräumige Villa mit vielen Bereichen zum Toben und Entspannen

Eine Villa in sehr ruhige Lage mit wundervollem Blick von der Dachterrasse. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Sommerurlaub braucht. Das Ein- und Auschecken lief völlig unkompliziert. Es gibt, über mehrere Etagen verteilt, viele Bereiche, wo man sich gemeinsam aufhalten oder sich auch mal zurückziehen kann. In den Küchen ist alles Nötige und auch ausreichend vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich und die Bäder/Duschen in sehr ordentlichem Zustand. Mit dem Auto kann man in 15 Minuten viele Ziele erreichen. Diese Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen und auf jeden Fall einen Aufenthalt wert.
