The UHC SALOU RESIDENCIAL is located in the new area of Salou, in a peaceful environment and close to the centre, with all services within reach. A modern apartment that offers all the comfort you need for your holidays. The complex has a communal area with a fenced swimming pool and a garden with a children's play area. Quality accommodation, perfect for families.



LAYOUT

- Spacious living-dining room with access to a lovely terrace with views of the park and the city.

- Large fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and access to the gallery. An extra touch of comfort and space, perfect for leaving your beach belongings.

- 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds.

- Full bathroom with shower.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Group bookings are not accepted.

- Optional parking with supplement and upon request and availability.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

- Air conditioning throughout the accommodation.

- The apartment is equipped with a water softener and reverse osmosis system.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.

Très bien pour passer un bon séjour.

- L'emplacement pour faire ses courses et se rendre facilement au centre-ville de Salou, - La climatisation, l'aménagement et les équipements de l'appartement, - La propreté de la résidence, - La place de parking en sous-sol, - Le calme général de la résidence. - etc.. - Un aspirateur pour le nettoyage serait un vrai plus. - La possibilité de recharger sa voiture dans le parking serait également appréciable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour : l'accueil chaleureux, la gentillesse, les attentions, les conseils, la propreté de l'immeuble et de l'appartement ainsi que son emplacement etaient au zenith, leurs équipements très complets. C'est tellement tellementtop que nous comptons y revenir.
