Semi-detached house 5 'walk from the beach
Villa totally exterior. It has a garden, two terraces and a cozy decoration for the enjoyment of our client. On the lower floor is the kitchen with office, a spacious and bright living room, and a toilet. On the upper floor it has 3 bedrooms, two with double beds, and two bathrooms. Wifi throughout the house and pay TV.
Very well connected 15 'from Las Palmas de G. C., 10' from the airport and 25 'from Maspalomas beach. A few minutes walk is a large promenade that connects 4 wonderful beaches with family environments, one of them surfer. Also at 10 'by car, there is the Cortijo Club de Campo Golf for lovers of this sport.
A 5 'walk, in La Garita, there is a Pharmacy, Bakery, Hairdresser, Newsstand to buy newspapers and magazines, Supermarket, Post Office and Church. And a few minutes by car we find shopping centers such as Ikea, Alcampo, Leroy Merlin, Decathlon ...
The area stands out for its tranquility and proximity to the beach and the promenade, both to walk or play sports, and to eat the typical products of the island in a beach bar in front of the beach.
Strategically located to know all the corners of the island, it has a microclimate that allows you to enjoy one of the most extensive coasts east of Gran Canaria with about 10 km long basalt cliff where spectacular geomorphological elements and beautiful beaches emerge . A nice place to walk enjoying the wonderful surroundings or practice different sports (cycling, running, golf, surfing ...)
