Une maison dans un environnement magnifique et avec une vue magique.

La procédure d'accueil avec une boîte à clés est limite. Un 1er cadenas verrouile le portail sans que nous soyons informés du code.. Seules 2 chambres ont ete préparées. Il a fallu faire une demande supplémentaire pour accéder à la 3eme chambre et la 2eme salle de bain. Pour autant, aucun drap supplémentaire ne nous a été fourni.L'ensemble donne une impression de négligence et de mauvais entretien.C'est dommage car la maison est grande, bien équipée et avec une terrasse où la vue est magique. Bref, la maison a du potentiel mais il manque des détails pour en faire un lieu extraordinaire.

Traumhafter Urlaub!

Wir kennen die Region, Manfredonia und Mattinata haben wir schon zig-mal bereist. Durch das traumhafte Domizil in Macchia wurde unser Urlaub aufceun höheres Level gesetzt: Alles war perfekt! - die Lage - die Ausstattung - der Komfort - die Aufteilung und Größe der Wohnräume - die Außenanlage mit Grillplatz und Dachterrasse Vor allem die Dachterrasse sorgte für viele stimmungsvolle Momente. Dank des tollen Sommerwetters im Oktober waren wir fast immer draußen, so konnten wir Sonnen- und Mondaufgänge über dem Meer genießen und abends und nachts stundenlang den Sternenhimmel oder die unzähligen kleinen Fischkutter auf dem Meer beoabachten. Einfach nur toll!

Großzügiges Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Umgebung

Wir haben hier in der letzten Februarwoche eine Woche Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist schön und groß und liegt an einer befestigten Privatstraße, ein Stück abseits der Hauptstraße, eine absolut ruhige Lage also. Zu Verfügung steht das Obergeschoss und die große Dachterasse. Ende Februar war das Wetter schon recht angenehm, aber nicht so warm, dass wir die Dachterasse nutzen konnten. Stattdessen haben wir viel im Wintergarten gesessen und auch im Garten, windgeschützt, in der Sonne. Im Haus liegen einige Bücher mit Wander- und Radtourenvorschläge (in italienischer und in englischer Sprache). Wir haben einige sehr schöne Wanderungen gemacht: Auf den Stranden bei Vieste, das Sentiero Natura Vignanotica, Monte Saracena und der Scannnamugliera Trail nach Monte Sant'Angelo. Diese Touren findet man auch in wikiloc.com mit gpx-track. Das Spiagetta di Chianca Masitto war quasi unser Privatstrand, etwa 3 km fahren mit dem Auto. Auch Vignanotica Beach ist sehr schön, am Ende des "Sentiero Natura Vignanotica". Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, alles ist vorhanden, die Heizung funktioniert gut, was in der kühleren Jahreszeit natürlich erforderlich ist. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war angenehm und direkt. Wir kommen wieder!

Bellissima villa nel Gargano

Bellissima villa dotata di tutti i comfort, grande giardino con gazebo e barbecue, ampia terrazza dotata di cuscini con fantastica vista sugli uliveti e il mare. Posizione ideale per tutte le spiagge del Gargano, vicina a Mattinata, a Manfredonia e ad un centro commerciale. Consigliatissima a chi cerca una vacanza in zona tranquilla e immersa nel verde.

Wir waren dort als Familie mit drei erwachsenen Kindern und haben uns sofort total wohl gefühlt.

Fantastische unverstellte Aussicht über die Olivenhaine hinunter zum Meer, mit meist einer angenehmen Brise vor allem am Abend. Wir genossen den vielen Platz: großzügig geräumige Zimmer (Schlafen, Wohnzimmer, Wintergarten...), wo für verschiedene Bedürfnisse genügend Rückzugsräume vorhanden sind (temporär hatten wir ein Musikstudio und Arbeitsplätze für Studium und Arbeit, ohne dass wir uns in die Quere kamen.) Der Garten vor allem und die grandiose Dachterrasse begeisterten uns. Ohne Auto eher schwierig, Einkauf und Strand sind sind sonst nicht oder schwer zu machen, eine Fahrt durch die Sträßchen weiter oben im Dorf ist eher nicht zu empfehlen (wir sind bei dem Gefälle fast mit dem Frontspoiler - wozu sind die eigentlich gut... unseres Leihwagens hängen geblieben ;)) Die auf Google Maps noch eingezeichneten Supermarkt und Bar existieren im Dorf nicht mehr (haben wir nicht vermisst). Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Ort, von dem aus sich verschiedene Ausflüge machen ließen und zu dem es immer schön war zurückzukehren.

Vacances agréables dans une jolie maison

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. La maison est bien située, à quelques kilomètres se trouvent de jolis villages à visiter, la mer n'est jamais bien loin et le centre commercial est tout près. La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle et la vue du toit terrasse est à couper le souffle.Le clou du spectacle le soir du 14 août, nous avons pu voir tous les feux d'artifice tirés de la côte. Merci à Allessandra, Nadia et son fils pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse.
