Windmill Hill - close to the beach and down town.

Windmill Hill is a pretty condo at around 400 m from the beach and within 5 minutes to old town center. On ground floor there is the kitchen, and the lounge with sofa bed for extra 2 people. From here there is a terrace with BBQ and a awning for eating al fresco. On first floor there is a twin bedroom with air with and a bathroom. In front a lawn great for kids to play. The common pool is big and there is a bar on site. From here you have great views over the city and the coast. All the condo has internet. Great site for family or a small group of friends. Long Winter lets do not include electrricity. Security deposit is 250 Eur due on check in. Long Winter lets not include electricity which is paid on top of Winter rentals.

Belle location à 10 mns de la plage du peneco

L emplacement est parfait à 10 minutes à pieds de la plage du Peneco, l environnement superbe avec un très beau moulin et une belle piscine, le tout sur les hauteurs d Albufeira avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. L appartement est top, très bien décoré, avec un solarium et une terrasse au rez de chaussée avec barbecue. La cuisine est très bien équipée, avec beaucoup d ustensiles.la literie est bonne, chambre spacieuse ave mc rangements. La salle de bain est splendide avec double vasque et baignoire. Seul bémol, le canapé lit est petit pour 2 personnes et le matelas pas très confortable.

Séjour en famille très agréable, à recommander.

Emplacement juste parfait pour être au calme mais proche des plages et du centre de la vieille ville qui est plutôt animé. Le personnel est accueillant. Le seul bémol est sur la qualité des prestations de l’appartement qui a besoin d’une sérieuse rénovation intérieure.

Passámos cerca de uma semana neste apartamento que reúne as condições mencionadas o anúncio. Boa localização (um pouco íngreme mas com bom acesso à praia sobretudo usando o elevador), excelente piscina e imediações. Recomendo

A pessoa responsável não apareceu à hora combinada para fazer o check out e devolver a caução, apenas 1 hora depois. Tive que fazer vários telefonemas. Também não gostei do facto do apartamento ter várias coisas velhas, como a torradeira, que não pude utilizar por estar suja e cheia de ferrugem. As torneiras são velhas e difíceis de fechar (não são misturadoras) e a porta de entrada não fecha à chave, portanto, não é segura, porque a fechadura está velha e cheia de ferrugem.

Points positifs : Maison conforme à la description. Agréable et fonctionnelle. Proche centre ville et plage. Quartier calme. Femme de ménage agréable qui est venue changer draps et serviettes et faire du ménage lors de notre séjour. Points à améliorer : Très belle location mais mobilier vieillissant. Salle de bain et cuisine qui mériteraient d’être refaites. Pommeau de douche à changer. Pourquoi 2 lits de 90 au lieu d’un lit 2 places pour le couple ? Location à recommander

Résidence magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à windmill hill. Vincent Tavares était aux petits soins. Il nous a très bien accueilli à notre arrivée et nous a offert une visite guidée d'Albufeira ainsi qu'un café et des gâteux pour les enfants. Nous recommandons vivement la location de son appartement et nous y reviendrons très prochainement.
