3 bedroom duplex in Soltroia Mar
Semi-detached villa of typology T3 in Soltroia Mar, recently renovated and fully decorated in July 2018. All furniture, appliances and equipment are completely new.
On the ground floor has a small private garden as well as the living room, kitchen and social toilet. The bright living room has a direct view of the garden. The kitchen is very spacious and overlooks the pool and estuary of the river Sado.
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite, on the 1st floor, overlooks the front of the house and its garden and the 2 other rooms overlook the pool and estuary of the river Sado. The suite has a double bed as well as a closet and TV. The 2 bedrooms have bunk beds, one of which is ideal for younger children and the other for young children.
The kitchen is complete and has the following appliances:
- maq. Wash the dishes
- mach. washing
- microwave
- mach. Coffee
- fridge
- ceramic hob
oven
- exhaust fan
The condo has swimming pool for adults and children, visible from the apartment.
Soltroia Mar is located in a privileged area, with direct access to the Atlantic beach. From home, we are within walking distance to the beach, or 1 minute by car.

A Pleasant Stay near one of the greatest beaches in Lissabon region
We loved our stay at the house in Tróia.
The house is well equipped and everything is there for a wonderful stay.
The householder is very kind, he has given us so many good advices what we can do in the region, and did a great job in supporting us when we had questions.

Umas férias bem passadas na costa azul!
Limpeza perfeita e decoração muito bem pensada. Localização ideal para uns dias de descanso em Tróia e sua zona envolvente. Condomínio agradável com piscina simpática para final de dia! O Daniel revelou-se um anfitrião sempre preocupado com o bem estar de todos.

Sehr geschmackvolles Haus
Sehr schöne Lage, nahe zum Strand (5min zu Fuß). Stilvoll und stimmig eingerichtetes Haus, das sehr gut ausgestattet ist.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Perfecta estancia
Vivienda muy bien decorada, en perfecto estado y equipada al completo.
Terraza con vista al lago y piscina, muy agradable. Estancia como en casa
Cerca de playas y embarcadero de ferry a Setubal. Para recomendar.
Sólo una apreciación, faltaría wi-fi aunque no es imprescindible.
