Le Nid du Chat Noir is ideally located just minutes from the beaches of Lake Geneva and on the Geneva-Évian axis. The renovated, 50 m² apartment is situated on the garden level of Maison Alvéole, a remarkable hexagonal building nestled amidst lush greenery.

The bedroom features a bed (140 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe. The living room has a sofa and a smart TV. A baby cot is available upon request. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, and raclette grill.

The bathroom has a bathtub.

Free Wi-Fi is available. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Free parking for up to two vehicles is available in front of the house.
