Large terrace comfortably vivible, with open views of the Bioves gardens, laterally overlooking the sea.
Very bright on the 5th floor with elevator, living room and well-equipped kitchen, bedroom
with adjacent bath and another Italian bathroom, including hair dryer.
Air conditioning and Fun.

Overall we were very happy about the place. I would recommend it. Couple of things need to be added. A bathroom mat/ rug. Shower sprays outside the shower. A cleaning bucket and mop needed. Washing machine detergents would be nice in case of longer stay.

Grazie per i consigli utili ne prenderemo atto . Il secchio e la scopa ci sono nell'armadio esterno sul balcone con detersivo per lavatrice e vari nprodotti per sanificare . Il tappetino nel bagno una questione di gusti . Non importa niente di grave . L'importante che siate stati bene . Sarà un piacere avervi di nuovo come ospiti quando lo desiderate . Un cordiale saluto Massimo e Giovanna .

L'appartement est très lumineux et très agréable - Proche de tout mer - gare - centre ville - Super

Cet appartement était exactement ce que nous attendions - Tout était très bien (peut-être un peu bruyant dans la journée en raison du Bld Carnot - mais c'est le risque lorsque l'on est en centre ville - mais pas gênant

Tout parfait

Exellent séjour ..vue magnifique, propreté, soin du détail, gentillesse de l'accueil ...confort de là climatisation en période très chaude, tout nous a paru neuf dans cet appart sympathique où on se sent très bien , accessibilité du parking . Et même le boulanger au bas de l'immeuble pour les croissants du matin . Merci aux propriétaire et à leur gentille représentante Giovanna Il est évident que nous reviendrons .

Schöne Wohnung in Menton (très bel appartement)

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Gute Lage, nicht weit vom Meer und der Fußgängerzone. Supermarkt und Bäcker in der Nähe. Schöne Aussicht aus der 5. Etage (Fahrstuhl vorhanden). Wir waren mit 5 Personen in der Wohnung und hatten genug Platz. Auf dem Balkon ist vormittags Sonne, abends hat man Schatten. Es gab ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und noch ein weiteres kleines WC. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Fön, Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit Backofen, Mikrowelle und Kaffeekapselmaschine. Allerdings gab es keinen Toaster. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Kommunikation auf Englisch klappte sehr gut. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch für uns noch einmal buchen.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires. L’appartement est très bien situé en plein centre-ville et juste au-dessus des jardins Bioves et ce qui n’est pas négligeable une place de parking couvert.

Appartement très bien situé, très agréable et extrêmement bien équipé. Semble tout neuf. Vue agréable sans vis-à-vis ; très grand balcon, également bien équipé, même si nous n'en avons pas beaucoup profité en cette période d'hiver Par ailleurs, très propre et joliment décoré. Séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans l'appartement de Menton très bien situé et très fonctionnel. Le balcon était très agréable. Giovana et Massimo ont été très accueillants et soucieux de notre confort. La place de parking a été très appréciable. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour à Menton et nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner une prochaine fois.
