This is a new, upside down house with elevator to all floors. Located six houses from the beach. Ocean view from third floor. Everything has been upgraded in this ultimate beach house.

Billiard room with refrigerator, wet bar, and 40 inch plasma TV with great sound system. Also has fireplace and seating area.

Large spa room with 8 person hot tub, waterfall and cool lights. Exercise area with weight training equipment. stationary bike, and elliptical trainer. Also 37 inch plasma TV viewable from the hot tub.

Eight person deluxe sauna, full bath with jacuzzi tub.

Small library/bedroom.

SECOND FLOOR:

Two decks.

Five bedrooms including super kids room with 60 inch TV.

Three full baths each with double sinks.

THIRD FLOOR:

Completely modern kitchen with granite countertops.

Screened porch

Dining room with table that seats 14.

37 inch plasma TV can be viewed from kitchen and dining room.

Large living room with nice views, wet bar, 17 foot couch, two sided fireplace, and a 50 inch plasma TV with surround sound.

Master bedroom features three sided fireplace, two decks, king bed, 40 inch plasma TV, and an incredible master bath.

Powder room.

Our Fifth year
The Best Beach House in Cape May is very impressive . This is the fifth year that my friends and I have rented the house for a long weekend and we will be back next year! We all give it a five-star rating. A short, one-block walk to the beach, this house feels like a home away from home. The property is beautifully maintained and has all the amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I live in North Cape May and my friends come from New York, New Jersey, Indianapolis, Connecticut, and West Virginia. I consider this residence as truly the best beach house in Cape May! We had a wonderful time. If you stay here I believe you will have a good time too and collect many good memories.

My Birthday Weekend
We shared the house with six of my brothers and sisters and their spouses and had a fabulous time. The accomodations were spactacular. There was plenty of room for everyone, with a hot tub, pool table, tv's everywhere and the beach a short walk as well as an elevator, which we couldn't do without. We couldn't ask for more. We made great memories, and the family wants to go again real soon.

Friend's Reunion
This house is the perfect house for large reunions. We had six couples stay for a wonderful long weekend. Even though is was cold, cold, cold, outside, we were nice and warm inside using the sauna and hot tub. The poolroom was one of our favorite places to hangout. We had friends from come from Philly suburbs and DC area. This is our second stay in this home - the first time with the new owners. The owners were very nice and accommodating.

New Year's Eve 2015 in Cape May
We were looking for a location between New York and Washington, D.C. for our group of young professionals to ring in the new year and catch up with each other over a few days and this house was ideal! Lots of space, plenty of bathrooms, fantastic modern kitchen, not to mention the large indoor hot tub, sauna, fireplaces and many other small details that made our stay feel quite luxurious. The owners also took the extra step of providing some essentials like hand soap and tissues, which was so thoughtful. Being able to bring our dogs along was great, and everyone enjoyed short walks to the beach to enjoy the sights. We hope to be able to do this again next year!

We have been searching for the best family reunion house in Cape May. This is it! Beautiful and generous accommodations. Warm and welcoming. A world of enjoyment wrapped up in one lovely home, close by an excellent beach. We will be back!

Women Ministries Weekend Retreat
We were very impressed with the house and it far exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect and well appointed with all the amenities you would ever need for your stay. I enjoyed working with Stephanie and she was very accommodating to our every need. This is a great house and it was a pleasure staying there. Everyone had a great time and we will visit again. We loved this property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Superbowl crew
We have a group of 5 couples that go away every year for Super Bowl weekend. We have come back 4 times to this house because it IS the best house in Cape May! The house has everything you could need and the photos are accurate for size of rooms and family friendly environment. We would recommend this house to anyone we know who needs room for an extended family/friends type of group! We have a blast in the off-season so I can't even imagine how perfect it would be in summer!
