A uniquely memorable summer vacation awaits in this extraordinarily beautiful renovated historic condo from the late 1890's. Accommodations are who seek a serene retreat by the Atlantic Ocean in a charming space that offers a unique blend of historic elegance and modern comfort. Situated in a tranquil area of Beach Drive , but a few minutes walk to the center of town this late 19th Century Cape May beauty is directly across the street from the magnificent beaches of the town of Cape May.

This Cape May Condo retreat features soaring 11 foot ceilings adorned with stunning mahogany wood accents. The well-equipped kitchen, with all the modern amenities invites you to create your favorite meals and serve them on the large eat in kitchen area which features expanse windows to the Atlantic Coast. A coffee machine and Keurig await your morning as the sun rises over the beach.

The large, spacious living room is a true highlight offering additional counter space seating and unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean create an idyllic space of calm and beauty as you mingle with friends or come home to a restful day from the beach watching TV or sports on the 65 inch Smart TV. USED WITH ROKU.

Personal parking on the premises at all times for two cars.

Bedroom One is bright and cozy with ocean sounds at night. A 45 inch television is in the bedroom, but you will need to bring your own ROKU device. There is a full bed in this gorgeous and comfortable bedroom.

Bedroom Two is very spacious with a beautiful Victorian flair with a queen bed and a club chair for relaxation. The afternoon sun bathes this room in a golden hue.

All bed linens and bath towels ARE included, but guests MUST bring
their own Beach Towels, however, beach chairs, beach tags and umbrellas are included.

The common area of richly carved mahogany wood exude the ambiance of the best of Cape May's Bed and Breakfasts, and is located steps from your condo door. One can sit and relax here with the sounds and sights of the ocean. This room can be enjoyed with morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The condo is located on the second floor of an exquisite staircase. In the back of the building, there are steps that access your parking area, and a staircase in the front of the building.
There is free jitney services throughout the summer with regular services to restaurants, the Washington Mall and the town.

Lovely Victorian oceanfront property

The owner of this lovely property was attentive to us in every possible way, from helping us with our luggage to stocking the kitchen with various Keurig K-cups. The property is kept immaculate, sparkling clean. Being able to see the ocean from a variety of vantage points, including the living and dining rooms, as well as the adjacent sitting area, was ideal. I brought 1 guest and there was plenty of room for us to be separate or together. Each bedroom has its own bath (one has a tub/shower, the other has a shower), imparting each of us a sense of our own space. The beds were comfortable, as was the living room furniture. It was hard to leave, but we look forward to returning!

Pros: This is a beautiful condo, spotlessly clean. Lovely host who was quickly responsive. Great quiet location. Beautiful ocean views from inside, and also from the top of the building if that suits you. Lovely front porch with a view of trees on dunes. Cons: As soon as we pulled up to the property, we knew it wasn’t for us. Yes, all the steps were mentioned in the listing. However, the rooftop deck added another 2 flights of outdoor wooden steps if we wanted to go there - which we decided we would not do. We are senior citizens, others may love that trek up to the top. However, for us it was disappointing to not be able to sit outside and watch the ocean from an oceanfront property.

Dream beach vacation in Cape May

The owner, Susan, was fabulous, friendly, helpful, attentive. The condo is a spacious 2 bedroom /2 bathroom on beach street, directly across from a long beautiful beach with soft powdery sand and no rocks. Everything we needed was stocked and if we asked about something ( tea kettle/large pitcher), she arrived a few hours later with two new ones! Sheets & bedding were excellent. Location on the less crowded end of the beach was perfect, easy to walk to the town and restaurants. Exactly 2 mile walk to the point on the paved “boardwalk”.

Peace by the Ocean

Our stay at this home was so comfortable and peaceful. Great oceanfront location away from the crowds but with easy access to the beach directly across the street. The Victorian décor throughout the home was nicely done and really made for a welcoming at-home atmosphere. The home is actually so much bigger in person and Susan provided everything needed for a relaxing stay. We actually had a chance to meet Susan on our way out and she was so nice and friendly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to our family and friends.
