Seaview & Sunset holiday apartment on the IJsselmeer in Friesland, Stavoren. Here you can sleep on the IJsselmeer from your own comfortable two bedroom apartment suitable for 2 to 4 people. We rent two apartments in total (our other apartment is 8240991) and these are located next to each other in a real Frisian Dijkhuisje with BEAUTIFUL WISE VIEW over the IJsselmeer. From your living room, bedroom and terrace or enjoy a panoramic view of passing ships and classic evening a beautiful sunset. These cozy apartments are situated in a very unique and quiet location on the dike in the historic part of Stavoren, a picturesque 'Elfsteden-town' in the province of Friesland. The nearest IJsselmeer sandy beach, where you can bathe, is a 2-minute walk away.

The apartments are almost identical; in size (35 m2) and style on the first floor with the same fantastic view! Both apartments sleep on the IJsselmeer are completely independent; with a private entrance, private bathroom (shower and toilet) and own simple kitchen. This means that you have complete privacy. The living room has a dining and seating area, a large double bed and a cozy roof terrace overlooking the lake. There is also a separate room with 2 single beds with views over the canal in the front. Each apartment has free WIFI and digital TV (70+ channels) and parking in front of the door is free.

Both the train station, ferry and the supermarket (The COOP) are within walking distance of the apartment. Are you planning to bring bicycles? These can be parked sheltered and covered next to the apartment.

Schöne Woche

Auch die Sonne hat für 5 Tage mitgespielt. Das Appartement ist sehr schön, alles was man sonst mitbringt war reichlich vorhanden inkl. Kaffekapseln für die Nespressomaschine. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Den anderen Bewertern können wir uns nur anschließen in Bezug auf die Gastgeber, einfach nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzig die steile, schmale Treppe zum Appartement ist etwas mühsam vor allen Dingen beim Transport des Gepäcks. Liebe Grüße an unsere Gastgeber

Kleine ,gemütliche Wohnung mit super Ausblick

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung .Das Highlight war der Balkon mit direkten Blick auf das Isselmeer.In dieser Wohnung wurde an sehr viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht ,welche den Urlaub angenehm machen ....ausreichend viele Handtücher ,frischbezogene Betten Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine und vieles mehr. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr persönlich und herzlich. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder anmieten und die Wohnung auch weiterempfelen.

Traumhafter Blick auf das Ijsselmeer

Die Wohnung ist sehr kompakt, bietet allerdings alles was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Check-In war sehr einfach und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern total unproblematisch und freundlich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der ersten Etage und ist über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das Ijsselmeer und kann diesen sogar von einem Balkon genießen. Direkt nebenan befinden sich weitere Wohnungen, doch von den Nachbarn haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Für einen Urlaub zu zweit ist die Wohnung perfekt bietet aber auch die Möglichkeit mit mehreren Personen einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns diese schöne Erfahrung gemacht zu haben.

Wir waren zu zweit 8 Tage in der schönen Ferienwohnung am Ijsselmeer. Das Ambiente, die Ausstattung, der Blick - nichts lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ferienwohnung wir hatten einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut Ausgestattet. Am Strand fühlten wir uns wohl, weil er klein und Übersichtlich war. Von Stavoren konnten wir sehr schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Restaurants am Ort hatten viel zu bieten.Die Landschaft ist sehr Abwechslungsreich gewesen also sehr schön.Unser Enkelkind konnte immer was neues Entdecken, und hatte nie Langeweile.

Ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen Ferienwohnung

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern 14 Tage hier, vom Check - in bis zur Abreise hat alles gut geklappt. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Kaffee, Gewürze, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und eine Kochgelegenheit sind vorhanden. Vom Balkon aus kann man direkt aufs Meer schauen. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, war sehr sauber und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Bis zum Strand sind es gerade einmal 2 Minuten und auch sonst gibt es viel in Stavoren zu sehen und es ist auch alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Gerne empfehlen wir diese Ferienwohnung weiter und kommen bestimmt selbst noch einmal wieder. Hübsche Wohnung mit herrlichem Meerblick

Gerne mal wieder!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser hübschen, ruhigen, sauberen und mit allem nötigen Komfort eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Schon allein der Blick aus dem Wohnbereich bzw. vom Balkon auf das IJsselmeer ist jederzeit wieder eine Reise wert.

Traumhafter Kurzurlaub !!! Haben drei wunderschöne, erholsame Tage gehabt, der "Blick" war so schön, daß wir alle weiteren Pläne (die weitere Gegend zu Erkunden ) verworfen haben und nur die Aussicht aufs Wasser genossen haben. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts ! Ein Dankeschön an die Vermieter, für die liebevoll, ( mit allem was man braucht,) ausgestattete Wohnung ! sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock mit Blick über den Deich auf das IJsselmeer. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben extra für unseren kleinen Sohn noch ein Treppenschutzgitter montiert. Ein Kinderbett und Hochstuhl wurden uns auch zur Verfügung gestellt. Zum Strand waren es etwa 200m. Dort gab es mehr als genug Platz nur den Schatten muss man selber mitbringen. Die Restaurants im Ort und den umliegenden Orten waren sehr gut mit hilfreichem Personal (Hochstuhl, Brei aufwärmen, Speisekarte übersetzen...).

Schöne Aussichten

Wir sind ein älteres Ehepaar und haben unseren Kurzurlaub in Stavoren sehr genossen. In der modernen, praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichteten kleinen Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage des netten hübschen Hauses zwischen Deich und kleinem Kanal und ganz nahe dem alten Hafen ist wirklich idyllisch. Die etwas steile Treppe zum ersten Stockwerk war für uns gut zu bewältigen; dafür hat man dann einen tollen Ausblick über den Deich mit den grasenden Schafen und auf das Ijsselmeer mit den kleinen und großen Segelschiffen. Die Ausstattung der Fenster mit Fliegengittern war sehr angenehm. Wir haben sehr gut und ruhig geschlafen und konnten uns mit der kleinen Küchenzeile ausreichend selbst versorgen. Die sehr netten Gastgeber hatten für alles gesorgt, was unseren Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our dream was to live in a nostalgic house on the waterfront, so we would be able to jump over the dike and go windsurfing in our spare time. For the last 10 years we have been happy living here and in the meantime we have shared our dream with our guest whom have stayed here over the years.

If you love water and a sea view as much as we do this is the right place to spend a few days or a couple of weeks. The view changes everyday, in one week you can see breathtaking skyes and rough seas but also very calm and tropical views with beautiful ships sailing by...
