Villa San Martino for 8 with private heated pool!

Villa San Martino is a beautiful villa located on a hilltop of a small village of Martinski, on the east side of the Istrian Peninsula. The Villa has a heated private 33 m2 (9.5x3.5m) pool, comfortable indoor space for 8 guests and is surrounded by beautiful nature.

Situated on a hill, this Villa overlooks the countryside, vineyards, sea and the mountains. The property is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family and friends in 180 m2 of indoor living space, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Large beds (3) measure 180 x 200 cm, and single beds (2) measure 90 x 200 cm. All 4 bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped including large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, regular coffee machine and toaster. The interior is air-conditioned and the property is covered with Wi-Fi. One of the best features is the outdoor patio and grill area where you can prepare delicious meals while watching the kids play in the pool and enjoying the outdoors. The surrounding houses are situated far enough to ensure privacy. Villa San Martino is ideal for family gatherings, as well as getaways with your friends.

Note about the pool: The pool is heated to between May and September. In order for the temperature to hold, guest is responsible to keep the cover on the pool when not using it.

The area around Martinski is full of vineyards and beautiful countryside, ideal for long walks and bike rides. The Villa is located 10 km from Labin, an old Venetian town full of art galleries, restaurants and café bars. Labin has an open market with the best selection of local produce, cheese, wine, fresh meat and fish. The beautiful pebble beaches and crystal clear waters of Rabac are 13 km away, where you can enjoy a variety of water sports including scuba diving, jet skiing, sailing or daily excursions to nearby islands. A couple of other places worth visiting on the Istrian peninsula within 50 km is the old town Rovinj and Pula with the famous Roman Amphitheater.

Tolle Villa!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Haus! Es ist perfekt ausgestattet für Familien – mit allem, was man braucht: ein großer, sauberer Pool, hochwertige Liegen für alle, schöne Handtücher, zu jedem Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad, eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner und ein gemütlicher Außenbereich zum Verweilen.Alles war super sauber!Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch Jelena und Vedran – zwei großartige Vermieter! Offen, herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat oder Unterstützung braucht.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diesen Ort von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

erholsamer Familienurlaub in luxuriöser Villa

Wir genossen mit Kindern und Enkelkindern ( insgesamt 7 Personen ) 2 Wochen lang im August 2023 unseren Urlaub in dieser Villa. Es war zu der Zeit sehr heiß mit 32 bis 34 Grad. Aber die gut funktionierenden Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern sowie der große Pool machten den Aufenthalt sehr, sehr angenehm. Bei Problemen,die es ja kaum gab, war die Vermieterin innerhalb kürzester Zeit vor Ort , um alles zu regeln.

Alles perfekt gewesen!!!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa San Martino war traumhaft schön. Wir sind mit zwei Familien inklusive Oma dort gewesen und haben die Zeit mehr als genossen. Die Villa steht in einem ruhigen Ort aber dennoch hat man einen kleinen Supermarkt und einen tollen Restaurant. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, es hat einen tollen riesen Pool und einen mega Gas-Grill den wir fast täglich genutzt haben. Es war jeden Abend eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre beim Sonnenuntergang. Mehr als 5 Sterne würde ich den sehr netten Gastgebern geben. Jelena war auch nach unserer Abreise so hilfsbereit und erreichbar, das sie freundlicherweise unsere vergessenen persönlichen Sachen uns zukommen lies, indem sie diese nach Pula zu unseren Familie gebracht hat, die ebenfalls dort Urlaub gemacht hat. Dies würde nicht jeder so einfach machen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen !!!!

Wonderful 2 week holiday with two families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa San Marino. It is a superb place in a very quiet area. It is so peaceful, it would be hard not to relax there. The pool and outside space is perfect for the whole family to enjoy fun and games. While it is large enough to have space to sit and read / Sunbathe, Cook and eat. We met the owners while we were there and they could not of been more helpful with any questions or queries we had. We had a fabulous holiday there and would highly recommend. Our thanks to Jelelna and her husband.

Summer of 2022

We stayed for 2 weeks in Villa San Martino, and enjoyed it very much. We were a Family of 6 - age 73, 52, 50, 47, 19, 15. Already from the initial interaction with the owners we felt very welcome and all through the booking process they were very responsive to all of our questions. It was our first time in Croatia, and the owners helped us with everything from finding the best restaurants to guidance us to the Beach and even creating cycle-routes for me to ride. The House is absolutely beautiful and very clean and well maintained. The outdoor/poolarea is amazing, as is the outdoor kitchen and eating Area. The Villa is located in a remote and quiet Area in the hills, and there is a 10min drive to get to Labin, and an additional 5-10min to get to the Beach in Rabac. We found the peace and quiet very nice, but there is not much to do in terms of city-life, restaurants, shopping etc. For that you need to drive to one of the larger cities. We are happy to give both the Villa and the owners our highest recommendations, and would love to come back.

Het huis was schoon en comfortabel. Alles in het huis aanwezig. De omgeving rustig. Auto heb je nodig in deze imgeving. De eigenaresse is betrokken en indien nodig behulpxaam. Stranden en leuke plaatsen zoals Rabac en Labin dichtbij.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem wunderbaren Haus!

Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage in der Villa San Martino verbracht. Es war alles sauber und wir hatten bereits ein kleines Starter-Set im Kühlschrank :-) Die Villa liegt schön in einem kleinen Dorf mit tollem Blick, ist aber auch ein wenig einsam. Für Leute die Ruhe suchen - perfekt. Unsere Tochter hat vor allem den Pool und das Trampolin genossen. Man kann von der Villa aus tolle Ausflüge machen und ist schnell an den umliegenden Stränden. Das Restaurant im Dorf ist top und auch in den Dörfern und Städten rund rum haben wir immer sehr gut gegessen. Ein Auto ist auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert. Heraus zu heben sind aber definitiv die Vermieter. Sie waren so freundlich und zuvorkommend, wie wir es selten erlebt haben. Am Ende unseres Aufenthaltes wurde uns sogar noch eine Gratisnacht angeboten, da die nächsten Gäste nicht direkt nach uns anreisten. Leider konnten wir diese nicht nutzen, aber alleine das Angebot war der Wahnsinn! Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Schönes großes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Ville San Martino war wunderschön! Außen: Toller großer Pool und Liegen für 8 Personen. Auch der Grill gleich neben dem großen Esstisch auf der Terrasse war super! Den haben wir in einer Woche gleich drei Mal genutzt! Außerdem gab es auch ein großes Trampolin und eine Schaukel, weswegen ich es mir auch gut für Familien dort vorstellen kann. Autostellplätze waren 2 überdacht und auf jeden Fall noch mindestens ein zusätzlicher im Hof. Es wären sogar 3 Räder inkl. Helme vor Ort gewesen, die wir aber leider aus Zeitgründen nicht genutzt haben. Innen: Super süße Küche, die mit allem ausgestattet war, was man braucht. Man musste nichts mitbringen, nicht mal Kaffeepulver! Die Gastgeber haben uns sogar ein paar Flaschen Getränke und was Süßes zur Ankunft im Kühlschrank hinterlegt, was wir kostenlos trinken/essen durften! :) Neben dem großen Wohnzimmer hatten wir insgesamt vier Schlafzimmer und vier Bäder; sprich, jedes SZ hat über sein eigenes Bad mit Dusche verfügen können. Einige SZ hatten sogar eine Klimaanlage. Außerdem gab es noch einen Waschraum mit Trockner und Waschmaschine. Haben wir gut nutzen können für unsere Luftmatratzen und co. Allgemein: Das Haus war wunderbar gepflegt und alles war unheimlich sauber. Man hatte alles zur Verfügung was man braucht! Lage: Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse nahezu ideal. Zum nächsten Strand (Rabac) mussten wir zwar knapp eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto fahren, jedoch war das Haus dafür in einem sehr ruhigen Dorf. Abends konnten wir ungestört auf der Terrasse sitzen und sogar noch nachts in den Pool hüpfen, ohne, dass wir jemanden gestört hätten oder selbst gestört wurden. Die nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit war im Dorf selbst (zu Fuß erreichbar), genauso wie ein tolles und super günstiges Restaurant, wo wir auch toll gegessen haben. Große Supermärkte und mehr Restaurants waren dann in der nächsten Stadt (Labin) verfügbar. Fahrtzeit dorthin ca. 20 Minuten. Alles in allem würde ich die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Und nochmal ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeber, die uns auch zu jeder Zeit telefonisch zur Seite standen.

Abbiamo trascorso 8 giorni fantastici dal 04.08 al 12.08 assieme ad un'altra coppia di amici ed i loro figli a VILLA SAN MARTINO. Posto curato nei minimi dettagli; le foto rispecchiano in pieno la realtà; stoviglie, asciugamani e lenzuola molto curati. Posizione perfetta per chi vuole rilassarsi in tutta tranquillità . Tutti i servizi si trovano al max 10 minuti di macchina. Un ringraziamento particolare ai proprietari Vedran ed Jelena per a loro disponibilità e gentilezza. SICURAMENTE IO E LA MIA FAMIGLIA CI RITORNEREMO

If you have never been to Croatia, you will not be disappointed. Istria is a very unique place in Croatia that offers great food, beautiful pebble beaches, many old hill towns and many years of history. I hope that you have a chance to see it for yourself!

Why they chose this property

The property is located on the outskirts of busier towns of Labin and Rabac. The area is quiet and not crowded like nearby towns. There yard is large and kids love running and playing around the property and in the pool.

What makes this property unique

The Villa is located on the hill overlooking the small town, vineyards, sea and the mountains. The house offers privacy for a much needed relaxing vacation. The beach is nearby by car, but when you just don't want to fight the crowds, the pool is your own private place anytime of the day and night.
