DIREKT am Strand

Schönes, helles Apartment direkt am Strand. Die weiße / hellbeige Ausstattung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Optik ist klar und aufgeräumt. Die Wohnung ist klein, besonders das Wohnzimmer. Aber Ziel ist es ja, die meiste Zeit draußen zu verbringen. Auch der Balkon ist recht schmal, aber es reicht für Stühle und einen kleinen Tisch.Beide Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben direkten Blick auf das Meer, inkl. Meeresrauschen.Die Betten sind relativ neu und unterschiedlich fest, so dass mein Mann und ich auswählen konnten. Es gibt genügend Stauraum in Schränken und Kommoden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten viel Gepäck und haben uns daher sehr über die Rampen und den Fahrstuhl gefreut, die Wohnung ist im 2. OG.Die Strandpromenade und den Strand erreicht man über die hintere Gartentür. Schneller geht es nicht. Fußläufig sind kleine Supermärkte, Bäcker, Fleischer etc. zu erreichen. Es steht sogar ein Einkaufstrolly in der Wohnung parat.Auch Anfang März hatten genügend Restaurants geöffnet, somit hatten wir keine Problem, uns zu ernähren. Besonders empfehlen wir das La Chiflá (mit Strand-Terrasse) und das Lo de Sergio, beides kaum 5 Minuten entfernt.Über den Strand und das Meer können wir leider nichts sagen, wir waren zur "Regenzeit" an der Costa del Sol ;-) . Außer: Es gibt keinerlei Schatten am Strand. Der Strand ist brauner Sand, es gab große Muscheln.Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, parken an der Straße war OK, könnte im Sommer aber sehr schwierig werden.

Prima plekke, vooral als de zon schijnt.

Prettig. Hoewel klein is het voor ons tweetjes groot genoeg. Op wat klein achterstallig onderhoud na voldeden alle voorzieningen.Alleen de warmwatervoorziening door middel van een geiser op gasfles vinden we niet meer van deze tijd. Vooral als de wind verkeert staat en hard waait is dat zeer onprettig omdat dan de het hele appartement wordt volgeblazen met afgewerkte gassen. Als de gasfles leeg is als je net onder de douche staat is ook geen pretje.

4 Wochen im Frühling

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Die Ausstattung inkl. Handtücher und Bettwäsche entsprach der Beschreibung. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine funktionierten, lediglich der Wäschetrockner war defekt. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am Meer

Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt mit einem tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt. Alles vorhanden Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, komplette Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Kleinelektrogeräten. Bei Anfragen an den Vermieter war die Antwortzeit sehr schnell. Meine Frau und ich haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es alle Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen, was per Fuß erledigt werden kann. Da wir im Winter dort waren, war uns wichtig, dass die Wohnung geheizt werden kann. Hat super mit der Klimaanlage funktioniert. Die Lage zu Malaga ist perfekt und kann sehr gut mit dem Bus angefahren werden. Wir können dieses Apartment absolut empfehlen.

Fantastisch appartement met prachtig uitzicht op zee

Het appartement is nog beter dan op de foto's. Het is ruim en modern ingericht, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken is goed ingericht met alle apparaten en materialen die je nodig hebt om te koken. De bedden zijn uitstekend, ook de slaapbank in de woonkamer. Verder is er een ruime badkamer met een heerlijke douche. Het balkon is perfect met direct uitzicht op de boulevard, strand en zee en iedere avond kan je genieten van een schitterende zonsondergang. Je kan gaan slapen met het geluid van het ruizen van de zee, heel relaxed. Het appartement is centraal gelegen en je bent zo overal, bakker, supermarkt en de restaurants natuurlijk. Wij hebben er erg van genoten en komen zeker nog een keer terug.
