About this property

Hi and welcome to our vacation home in beautiful Penticton B.C,

This is a fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home sitting on a quarter acre in park like setting 3 blocks from the sandy beach of Skaha lake in a quiet residential area.

There is also ample parking for 3 vehicles and boat. This is a non-smoking home which offers central air conditioning, ceiling fans, thermal windows with screens, LCD Television with DVD, cable and high speed internet.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all dinnerware and cooking supplies, stainless steel appliances, large fridge, gas stove, hood fan, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and a water kettle.

Other amenities include high chair, play pen, excersaucer, umbrella stroller, wagon, vacuum, iron and on site laundry facilities.

The living room is tastefully decorated with hardwood floors, wood window coverings, sofa bed, coffee tables, sitting bench, lamps, TV, DVD, cable vision and high speed internet.

There is a indoor eating area which has a large table that seats 8 comfortably.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with dresser, lamp, storage area and closet. The next bedroom has a queen bed as well and the third bedroom has a double over double bunk bed with lamps, storage area, dressers and closets.

The main bathroom has a tub and shower combination, toilet, vanity, linen tower and medicine cabinet with mirrors and enough towels for two families. (No beach towels)

The second bathroom has a toilet, and sink.

The laundry facility includes a full size washer and dryer with supplied soap.

The outdoor features a child friendly private yard that is neatly kept and enclosed with a cedar fence with gates. There are also two picnic tables and a natural gas BBQ grill on hand for outdoor lunch, dinner and BBQ.
This home has been specifically designed for sharing families wanting to create lasting summertime memories.

Great location, but please get insurance just incase

The location of the property was great, only 5 minutes walk from the beach. But we arrived as the fire evacuations had started for any temporary visitors and despite emails with the owners, they were not supportive of us leaving early, even with a provincial order in place. It was smokey so we couldn't enjoy the area or outside. The owners will not reimburse any monies. Please make sure you get insurance with VRBO properties otherwise you will not get anything back. Disappointing.

Nice place - kids loved it

This is a really nice location and the home is well designed for a family. It is nice to be within walking distance of Skaha beach. Bedding was nice and comfortable. A really good place for families. Host was great - responsive and very easy to communicate with.
