My house is very well located, although is not DownTown, is has lots of Services close such as Supermarket, Commercial Center, Restaurants, etc. It si désirable to have a car though Uber can pick up you here

Queretaro is the best place to stay if you want to visit the center of mexico, because is not far of cities like Guanajuato, San Miguel, Tequisquiapan, and is 3 hrs from Mexico City. It has its own Airport. Guanajuato and Querétaro are the center of the Mexican Independence, and both are places with a lot of history and beautiful Architecture.


When in home there are some policies to follow in order to have a healthy convivience with the Neighbors.

You can always ask to the administration your previous requirements, such as hot water, or internet problems.

For instance, I just have some requirements to ask you , besides to follow the house instructions.

1.- It is not allowed pets of any kind
2.- It is Prohibited fo smoke inside the house
3.- In the kitchen, after you use the electrical devices please clean them, even if is going to be cleaned before you leave, because is very disgusting find food rotten in the microwave or in the blender.

I live there but i travel a lot, so i am not always at home. So my Neighbor and friend Ana who is the administrator, gladly will recive you.

Minha casa está muito bem localizada, embora não seja DownTown, é tem muitos serviços perto, como Supermercado, Centro Comercial, Restaurantes, etc

Queretaro é o melhor lugar para ficar se você quiser visitar o centro do México, porque não está longe de cidades como Guanajuato, San Miguel, Tequisquiapan, e é de 3 horas da Cidade do México. Tem seu próprio aeroporto. Guanajuato e Querétaro são o centro da Independência mexicana, e ambos são lugares com muita história e arquitetura bonita.


Quando em casa há algumas políticas a seguir, a fim de ter uma convivience saudável com os vizinhos.

Você sempre pode pedir para a administração seus requisitos anteriores, tais como água quente, ou problemas de internet.

Por exemplo, eu só tenho alguns requisitos para pedir-lhe, além de seguir as instruções da casa.

1.- Não é permitido animais de qualquer tipo
2.- É proibido fumar dentro da casa
3.- Na cozinha, depois de usar os dispositivos elétricos, por favor, limpe-os, mesmo se vai ser limpo antes de sair, porque é muito nojento encontrar comida podre no microondas ou no liquidificador.

Eu moro lá, com Meu cachorrinha, mais eu viajo muito, então eu não estou sempre em casa. Então, meu vizinha e amiga Ana, que é a administradora, com prazer receberá você
