Note: Guests staying at Casa Mar y Sol enjoy complimentary access to The Club. This is an exclusive facility located at the heart of Beach Town designed to enjoy a range of amenities, including three unique styles of pools, a fully equipped fitness room with weightlifting, and cardio equipment, plus delightful dining options at the on-site restaurant.

The pool courtyard at the center of the home features poolside lounge, shaded cabana, ample space for kids and adults, and a blend of shade and sun so that everyone can enjoy time together throughout the day. Casa Mar y Sol’s central location in town creates another way to spend time together, with beaches and cove to explore, multi-use trails through tropical forest, and town events like sunset beach dinners all just steps away along pedestrian streets.

Throughout the home, there is balance of spaces that makes vacation with large families or multiple families easy, enjoyable, and memorable. Separate living spaces between the two original homes foster a feeling of personal space. Social spaces like the pool courtyard, and the large living/kitchen/dining offer a naturally social space for everyone to share meals or other occasions. There’s a media room downstairs, so that young ones can be as loud and playful as they want while the upstairs remains a tranquil evening space.
