Excellent location in the San Lorenzo district, with wonderful views of the Medici Chapels and the famous Central Market. The apartment, on the third floor without a lift, is full of light and very comfortable. Very bright, it is located in the pedestrian area of the historic center, very close to the SMN station, the Duomo and the major historical and artistic attractions of Florence, all within walking distance. Housed in a beautiful nineteenth-century building, the apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and restored the original decorations of the ceilings, which enhance the Florentine character and increase its charm and beauty. It consists of entrance hall, double bedroom, wardrobe / closet, a kitchen / dining / living area with single sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. At guests' disposal: safe, Wi-Fi, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine. It is equipped with air conditioning, heating and double window in the room, so as to ensure quiet nights, even in the center. The house was designed and made as it was for us, so I'm sure that will welcome you in the best way for an unforgettable stay in Florence. Below the house the characteristic San Lorenzo Market and the Central Market but also shops, supermarkets, typical Tuscan trattorias, pizzerias and restaurants for every taste.

Super, immer wieder!

Wunderschöne Wohnung „mittendrin“, direkt neben der großen Markthalle und nah an den Haupt-Sehenswürdigkeiten. Vom Bahnhof etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr geschmackvoll möbliert, alles neuwertig und sauber. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Das geräumige Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelfenster, sodass es nachts auch leise war. Dazu eine sehr nette Vermieterin - was will man mehr. Wir waren 6 Tage dort und haben es sehr genossen.

We really enjoyed our stay here in. The apt was clean and great location. Close to Duomo and

The apt wasn't huge or luxurious but was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect--short walk to the Duomo and the all the fantastic museums thete. It was also 5-8 minutes walk to the rail station. AND it was right next to a huge indoor market and several blocks of street vendors, so there was lots of shopping. And lots of restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom appeared to have very new fixtures, so it was a great place to stay to explore Florence.
