Nice Apartment with Pool , Balcony, Air Con 15 minutes from beach great location

Very modern 1 bedroom 1st Floor Apartment. 15-20 minutes walk to excellent beaches and nightlife of Praia Da Rocha. 5 minutes walk to Hypermarket. In residential area so quiet location, but easy access to everything you need with nearby cafes as well. Free parking at front or back of building.

COVID-19 In line with the Government requirements, we will carry out a full antibacterial clean after the main clean following every booking and we will present a certificate to confirm this has been done. Also hand sanitiser will be there in the kitchen and bathroom. Your health and safety is important, so you can have a relaxing stay

Air conditioned with remote control. Full length balcony with table & chairs (4). Fully fitted with kitchen and equipment ideal for self catering. Good size bathroom with bath/shower. Entry phone and secure access only to residents. Hot water, electric and cleaning included. Bed linen and towels provided which are changed by the maid service if your stay if 6 nights or more. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, Free Wi-fi Hotspot ,LED TV with USB port and a Safe.

Safety equipment installed as required for the issue of the Portuguese Alojamento Local rental licence which I have obtained. This is a legal requirement of any rental property in Portugal.

Ideal for single person, couple with or without 2 small children, who could use the double sofa bed). Please ask if you are unsure about your requirements. We have free wi-fi

Huge Continente Hypermarket short walk. Open 7 days a week till late has Cinema, Pharmacy Food Court, Cash Machines. McDonalds nearby and Petrol stations.

Aqua shopping complex 5 minute drive , open 10-10 7 days a week

Cafes close by ideal for breakfast.

Walk up to Praia Da Rocha takes about 15-20 minutes and its straight to the beach and nightlife ( but without the noise at night)

Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung!

Buchung, Kontaktaufnahme und Schlüsselübergabe haben hervorragend funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist geräumig mit großem Balkon, vollausgestatteter Küche und Poolmitnutzung. Die Lage ist zwar etwas abseits, aber man ist schnell am Hafen, in der Altstadt oder am Strand (jeweils ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß). Ich kann die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Apartamento estupendo, tranquilo y muy bien ubicado, limpio, espacioso, iluminado con buena terraza, y fácil aparcamiento. Bonita Piscina y zona de césped. Cerca del centro y playas. Muy recomendable; Gestión del anfitrion de 10, atento y en comunicación en todo momento. Experiencia excelente y repetible.

Great apartment, clean, safe and well equiped

I stayed there for 7 nights and the apartment was ideal. There was a nearby hypermarket and the resort of Praia Da Rocha was a nice walk or a quick tax ride. Everything in the place was ready for us and we had all the things you would expect for a self catering stay

I live in the UK and have visited Portugal many times since my first visit in 2005. I liked the area so much I bought an apartment. The photo was taken by the Marina which is one of several areas nearby with excellent restaurants, nightlife and beach access.

Why they chose this property

The Algarve is a fantastic region to visit and the Western Algarve has the best beaches in my opinion. Being able to walk from the Apartment to the beaches, restaurants and nightlife , but also to be able to sleep at night was important to me , as was being able to walk to the Hypermarket for all my needs. I also feel very safe walking around the area.
