Sophisticated elegance, The Art House is a meticulously maintained two-bedroom property less than a block from historic downtown Ocean Springs, and minutes from beautiful Front Beach.

Loaded with amenities, The Art House offers breathtaking surroundings, including an outdoor dining and lounge area with an oversized fireplace, and access to an expansive beautiful courtyard.

Inside you'll find an impeccably decorated space with all the conveniences of home. The Art House features a fabulous open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. There also is an outdoor kitchen with stainless gas grill for your BBQ needs.

The dining room is accented by chandelier lighting and decorated with elegant works of art, where you will dine on a modern glass and steel table that can seat up to eight.

The two bedrooms each feature luxurious king-size beds and flat-screen Roku TVs, and there's an oversized leather couch in the living room that can be used for additional sleeping arrangements.

The bathroom features his and her vanities, an eight-jet European walk-in shower, as well as a large Jacuzzi tub to unwind.

Outside, you will find an expansive deck and patio with an outdoor fireplace and a stunning fountain in the courtyard. A greenhouse, erected from pre-Katrina salvaged materials holds beach chairs and beach bikes.

The property has high-speed wireless Internet and multiple flat-screen TVs with Roku.

While at The Art House you’ll feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away you'll find yourself in the heart of the historic town of Ocean Springs. There are numerous restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.

We do allow well-behaved pets that must be kept on a leash while outdoors on the property.

Booked late, spur of the moment type thing, while traveling i learned that the courtyard was shared amongst property guests. Had reservations about the property. Arrived and what a pleasant surprise. The house is perfect for two fishermen, beds where awesome, private, orher then the damn train, host was on point and we caught a live well full of fish in 20 knot winds. I will be back.

Roger and Vicki are Ocean Springs natives who have spent the last decade collecting properties to restore and preserve in downtown Ocean Springs to be enjoyed by all. Both are lovers of art, but most of all their hometown, friends, and family who frequent this property often due to its welcoming vibe.

Why they chose this property

Once you have seen the Art House, you will understand there is nothing else quite like it on the Coast. Outside, its quaint and unassuming appearance opens to reveal a meticulously designed and maintained home created with enjoying the outdoors in mind. Even the artifacts in the home are unique, collected from travels over many years.

What makes this property unique

In the Art House, you will find an expansive kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The beautiful dining room table seats up to eight dinner guests under a beautiful chandelier. Though there is only one Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the two king bedrooms, it is equipped with a walk-in shower that has seating and eight jets. The large Jacuzzi tub provides a spot to relax and unwind.

Outside, the expansive deck brings the outdoors in, with an outdoor lounge and dining area with also an oversized fireplace. The patio is surrounded by seasonal flowers with a large fountain that fills the background with the sound of splashing water. It's truly a magical place.
