It is a comfortable and warm independent villa with capacity for 6 people and air conditioning in all bedrooms.

On the ground floor we find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a fitted kitchen and a living room, and on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor area has a private swimming pool as well as a pleasant terrace fully equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for enjoying your vacation with family or friends.

The villa is located in a residential area with all kinds of services, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

The villa's excellent location means that all destinations are within easy reach, both the beach which you can access on foot, as well as other towns and villages.



The long golden sandy beaches have made this part of Denia a favorite spot for families. Kids have plenty of room to play in the sand at their leisure, while the shallow waters make them safe for swimming, snorkeling, and water sports. You can also relax with a drink at the chiringuito and enjoy beautiful sunsets.

The town of Dénia is just 5 km away. . Among the many tourist destinations on the Costa Blanca, Dénia is one of the most attractive, not only for its 20 km of coastline, but also for having a beautiful historic center and a great cultural heritage. Denia named "Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO" has countless restaurants, as well as shops and all kinds of entertainment. The port area is an ideal place to stroll and enjoy its view of the sea and its imposing castle.

Very enclosed garden and private. No views. Handy for beach and Beach bar/cafe. Local restaurants only average. 10 minute drive to Denia. Small parking spot. Accommodation bit dated but clean and acceptable.

We had an incredibly satisfying stay at the villa with a pool. The villa itself was very beautiful and comfortable. Each room was equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay even more pleasant. The pool was fantastic and became a central part of our vacation experience. The villa was very well equipped with all the items needed for daily use. Additionally, the communication with the company was excellent. We would gladly use BTB's services again. Highly recommended!

La tranquilidad y la piscins Deberías valorar el posible mal olor en el baño de abajo, hay momentos que se nota, así como poner mosquiteras en las ventanas, se usaría menos el aire acondicionado, ya que se podrían abrir las ventanas.

La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta, cerca de todos los servicios: restaurante, farmacia, y tienda de alimentación. Sería muy recomendable poner unas mosquiteras en las ventanas y en el porche una lampara para insectos. Igualmente el acceso a la casa por el interbloque está poco alumbrado sería conveniente poner algún tipo de alumbrado ya que está bastante

La casa es perfecta para personas mayores, como es mi caso, al tener los dormitorios en la planta baja, la piscina fantastica y está cerca de la playa Aunque es perfecto, los sillones, fundas, cocines tanto de los sillones como de las sillas de comedor, deberían de ser renovados y poner asientos en las sillas del porche.

Confortable y limpio

La casa es cómoda y la limpieza era buena. El precio de las mascotas carísimo e incomprensible ya que no hay ubicación concreta ni comodidades para ellos. Si quieren asegurarse el pago de posibles daños por mascotas,cobren una fianza por este motivo. Pero si se admiten mascotas no es comprensible el pago excesivo sólo por estar en la casa cuando no hacen gasto de nada. La piscina tenía algo verde que teñia todos los bañadores y todo lo que entraba en ella(colchonetas, balones..)

Gut eingezäunt für die Hunde , Grundausstattung ist völlig ausreichend. Defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde sofort ausgetauscht.wäschewechsel nach einer Woche war super... Die möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Dusche oben braucht eine neue Halterung.

Estancia perfecta, cerca de la playa y de todos los servicios, lugar tranquilo, hemos estado tres niños y tres adultos con un perro y hemos disfrutado un montón En la parte posterior se avisó al jardinero para rellenar de tierra unos huecos junto al tendedero donde se están deshaciendo unas raices de antiguos árboles y hacen que se te cuelen los pies, por evitar algún daño en los inquilinos
