It is a comfortable and warm independent villa with capacity for 6 people and air conditioning in all bedrooms.

On the ground floor we find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a fitted kitchen and a living room, and on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor area has a private swimming pool as well as a pleasant terrace fully equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for enjoying your vacation with family or friends.

The villa is located in a residential area with all kinds of services, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

The villa's excellent location means that all destinations are within easy reach, both the beach which you can access on foot, as well as other towns and villages.

Alojamiento tal y como se detalla en el anuncio.

Se entrega limpio y solamente le pondría un pero al menaje de cocina porque es limitado y algo desgastado, especialmente las sartenes. Menaje de cocina y mosquiteras en las ventanas

Escorpio nos ha gustado mucho por su orientación , se podía disfrutar en el porche ya que apenas daba el sol. La nevera, aunque el técnico fue un par de veces , la nevera no enfriaba lo suficiente , lo que nos limitó a la hora de comprar , ya que tuvimos que tirar alimentos y comprar en el día . Mi hermana estuvo en Leo y su nevera funcionaba mucho mejor.

Vacances en famille agréable

Super séjour. Le logement est très lumineux, spacieux, très bien agencé et très bien équipé identique aux photos. Seul défaut dans la chambre à l’étage, il n’y a pas de stror, on est réveillé par la luminosité du jour car les rideaux ne sont pas occultants. Et d’autre part, le logement est situé sur une avenue très passante . Il est prévu un emplacement pour véhicule mais si votre voisin possède un fourgon vous ne pouvez pas stationner à votre emplacement. On peut se garer dans la rue . Très bon accueil de l’équipe à l’agence lors de la remise des clés qui est à 10 min du logement dans un autre village à proximité. Le logement est près de toutes commodités. Je recommande ce logement.

Hemos repetido, hace dos años estuvimos, en semana santa y hemos vuelto a pasar el finde, el lugar nos encanta, y la zona está muy bien. Aunque hemos visto a la vuelta muchos negocios cerrados. Barbacoa mas grande

Haus in Ordnung, zweckmäßig ausgestattet

Für 6 Personen ausreichend Platz. Ausstattung mäßig und veraltet. Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein, Kaffeemaschiene zu klein für 6 Personen, Küchenmesser fehlten. Schön wäre wenn in allen Räumen die Klimaanlage inklusive wäre. Ansonsten wurde 1x die Woche die Handtücher gewechselt, grob geputzt und der Pool gereinigt. Sonnenschirme waren defekt, das Haus hätte sauberer sein können, haben noch Lippenstift vom Vormieter unter dem Bett gefunden. Das Haus liegt außerhalb von Denia, Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und 2 Kneipen, zu größeren Supermarkt waren es aber auch nur 200m. Der Strand war sauber und es gab Bademeister, schade keine Strandpromenade und nur eine Strandbar und ein Strandrestaurant. Strandpromenade gibt es aber in ganz Denia nicht. Nach Denia in die Stadt sind es ca. 15 min mit dem Auto oder dem Bus. Wir hatten ein Auto gemietet, was sich als lohnenswert herausstellte, denn auch den Schlüssel des Hauses mussten wir in dem Nachbarort Ondara abholen. Das wäre nach dem Flug und der Strecke von Valencia Flughafen nach Nova Denia eine Tortur geworden. Allem in allem war das aber okay.

Sentimos los pequeños inconvenientes, pero en la descripción está indicada la situación de la casa con respecto a la playa, centro o paseos. Estamos siempre a su disposición para los problemas relacionados con la casa, jardín o piscina, pero no nos informó de nada durante su estancia. Para acceder a la autopista AP-7 en dirección sur o norte o para ir a los aeropuertos hay que pasar por Ondara y por tanto no hay que desplazarse nuestra oficina accesible y fuera de atascos. Tenemos en cuenta sus comentarios ya que nuestra meta es que nuestros clientes disfruten de sus vacaciones.
