The property, recently purchased and completely renovated, is located in Terrasini, a municipality located just 20 minutes from Palermo, which attracts hundreds of tourists for its liveliness' and many attractions: the natural reserve of Capo Rama, the cliff of Calarossa with numerous coves, the Magaggiari beach, the square and the night life, the markets and the shopping area, the promenade. The modern property, completely renovated and equipped with all comforts (washing machine, hairdryer, oven, barbecue, air conditioning, etc.), is equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large veranda-kitchen of about 75 square meters , and a wonderful garden of 1,500 square meters organically grown. The garden offers guests the unique experience of being able to collect and consume fruits and vegetables during their stay. The property is ideally located a few minutes walk from the beautiful Calarossa cliff with several coves accessible for swimming; a 5 minute drive to the beach of the hundred steps; The Maggaggiari beach is a 10-minute drive away. Also from Terrasini it is easy to reach many seaside resorts and tourist resorts in Western Sicily.

What makes this property unique
CASA NICA is a beautiful house with a 1500 m2 garden and complete privacy located in the enchanting coast of Terrasini (Palermo), with many bays to swim (rocky or sandy beaches). It is only 18 minutes’ drive (13 km) from Palermo Airport.
Guests are welcome to pick up vegetables and fruit from the garden to enjoy a really authentic experience in harmony with nature.
