Old fisherman's house, typical, completely renovated. With its 4 bedrooms and large living room, it can accommodate 8 people. Its privative ground, closed with parking and swimming pool is without any opposite. Located 400 meters from the beach, 200 meters from the first restaurants and shops, this location allows you to do everything on foot.
The Grau d'Agde at the mouth of the Hérault, is a family resort, lively and welcoming. Every morning a food market is offered on the Main Square. This place as well as the quay, its shops and animations are in 15 mn with foot of the house by the promenade of the sea front. Grau d'Agde is located on the same town as Cap d'Agde, Agde and La Tamarissière.

Beautiful home, lovely garden, great location and brilliant, kind and helpful hosts

Karen and Boris made us feel welcome from day one helping us settle in having picked us up from the station late evening. The day before we left to return to the UK, one of us has an accident that meant he couldn't walk and they not only took us back to the station but also organised wheelchair assistance at all stations. We could not have made it without their incredible help. We had a really enjoyable family holiday making full use of the pool, the garden and local beach and shops etc. The house is full of character and very private whilst being near shops, beach and canal. We would not hesitate to encourage anyone thinking of visiting Grau D'Agde to stay at this lovely home. It was great value for money.

Sehr schönes Haus, wir waren vier Erwachsene mit zusammen 5 Hunden. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, perfekt mit Hunden. Anreise und Abreise war immer eine Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, Besitzer waren immer erreichbar, Umgebung sehr schön, sehr weiter zu empfehlen

Großartiger Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Maison de la mer. Jedes Kind hatte ein eigenes Zimmer als Rückzugsort. Auch 2 Bäder haben ist mit 5 Personen einfach großartig. Das Grundstück war toll& die Lage für uns prima.

Frühsommer 2024

Wir alle, dass sind mein Mann, unsereTöchter (13, 10, 6), unsere Hunde und ich haben sich selten irgendwo so wohl gefühlt. Angefangen bei der Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, die fast direkt auf Mails geantwortet und sich um alles schnell gekümmert hat, bis zum Ankommen im Haus. Gerade für den ersten Abend, das erste Wochenende, war alles da. Von einer Flasche Milch, O-Saft, Rosé bis zum Toilettenpapier, Waschmittel, Spüli und Grundgewürzen. Das Haus ist alt, aber mit viel Liebe restauriert und jedes Zimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Der Pool im Garten und die Strandnähe sind für Menschen, die gerne so Urlaub machen wie wir, ideal. Man muss, um schöne Tage verbringen zu können, dass Auto nicht bewegen. Wir waren wirklich traurig, als die 2 Wochen zu Ende gingen und sind uns sicher, dass wir wiederkommen. Susanne Reichert

Gemütliches Fischerhaus

Wir haben 2 Wochen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet, es gibt alles was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist nicht gehoben, aber ordentlich. Der Garten ist groß genug für die Kinder und komplett eingezäunt. Die Straße vor der Tür hört man, aber da die Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus gehen ist es Nachts ruhig. Die Treppe zum Pool kann zur Sicherheit entfernt werden. Zum großen Strand sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. An der Promenade gibt es gut Restaurants und Geschäfte. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Klare Empfehlung.

Familien Ferien im la maison de la mer

Wir haben die Ferien im maison de la mer sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmacksvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Terasse und der gedeckte Tisch laden zum verweilen ein. Die Strasse hört man gut, hat uns aber nicht gestört. In der Nacht ist es ruhig. Der kleine Fuss-/Basketballplatz ist fast um die Ecke. Zum Boule spielen gibt es auch gute Möglichkeiten. Markt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Zentrum, 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir können das Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen in Strandnähe

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche im Maison de la Mer. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Garten ist großzügig und lädt definitiv zum Verweilen ein. Für eine Abkühlung zwischendurch ist der Pool ebenfalls klasse. Der sehr schöne und weitläufige Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Das Auto steht sicher auf dem Grundstück. Auch die Kommunikation mit Karen war super. Es ist eine tolle Gegend und man kann viel erleben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!!! Danke für die tollen Ferien…….

Für uns war es eine tolle Lage. Einkauf, Strand und Restaurants sind in Gehdistanz. Der Garten war toll und unser Urlaub hat fast ausschliesslich dort stattgefunden.

Tolles Haus, viel Platz, 3 Minuten zum Strand.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Karen und Boris sind tolle Gastgeber und haben immer ein offenes Ohr. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist super, die Nähe zum Strand auch. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Straße hinter der Gartenmauer. Hier fahren die Mofas und Autos viel zu schnell (eigentlich 30er Zone!!). Aber alles in allem: sehr schön!!!!!

Very nice house close to the sea and the little village Greau d‘Agde. Karen and her Hausband have been very nice and caring. We had a bit of misfortune as there has been a lot of noise from construction in the neighbourhoud during our week but it was still very nice and we would definitely come back

Fabulous property

Karen’s property is spacious and well maintained. Only 400 metres from beach with a small pool in garden for cooling off when sitting about. Bakery 250 metres towards beach was a favourite every morning.
